Ayumi sat quietly at the edge of the spring, letting her feet dangle over the edge. It had been a long day of searching and fighting. the Wolf Demon couldn't remember the last time she had down so much running. She sighed and looked up at the sky. The sun had risen to the highest point, meaning that it was now noon. The fae smiled and brought her head to rest on her knees. If this was all the time she got for relaxation, she would rather make the best of it.

Jakeru was taking a walk around feeling more happy then he did most days. He had his hood down and it showed his white wolf ears. His red eyes looked around as he could smell something in the air. It was nice and he slowly followed the sent. As he got close he stoped to see a girl resting as it seemed. She was alone so Jakeru steped out among the shadows."What are you doing out here all alone. It bad here at night. He said in a normal tone of voice. His on hand holding his blade. He was taking a rest just walking up here just now.

Hearing the voice, Ayumi spun around, nearly falling into the spring. She managed a small smile toward the boy who had spoken to her.
"What am I doing? I should be asking you that same question, shouldn't I?" She frowned a bit before getting up.
"I'm taking a bit of relaxation time. Searching for your parents and Naraku at the same time isn't exactly easy. Plus there's this new guy who's working with Naraku......" Ayumi sighed and stared at the Demon. Noticing his ears, she smiled and put a hand over her own.
"You're a Wolf Demon too, I see." She smiled and let her tail flick back and forth.

Jakeru looked her over an dcould see she was the same as him. She talked about parents which he had no idea what they really were and a guy named Naraku. He had heard the name before and knew that he was after the shardes. He could fill the shardes in side him glow a little but they stoped. "Why look for your parents?" Jakeru said in a sort of heartless way.

Ayumi didn't mind the way he spoke. She was used to it. She sighed and shook her head.
"Because they dissapeared when I was a child. I had thought that they were dead until it was reported that two wolf demons, who matched my parents' description, were spotted somewhere in the Southern Territory." She grinned and moved back toward the spring. She giggled and splashed a bit before turning back to the boy.
"Oh! Where are my manners? I almost forgot to introduce myself. I'm Ayumi!" She smirked and continued to splash until she got a reply.

Jakeru wached her as she splaced in the Hot springs. He looked at her as she talked about them dissipering. He thought about his parents, they were killed by a man that he thought was his dad but called him Load. She called herself Ayumi and she was a wold deamon like him but looked more happy. More alive and with feeling, it made him wonder was that what he felt that day and why did he feel it. "My name is Jakeru The Deamon."Jakeru said still in the same tone of voices. The hot springs looked like that were relaxing today. He mostly came here at night to heal any wonds that he had. She was here, Ayumi and she showed as if she get in. He walked over to the spring and put his hand in. The water was warm and not as hot as it was in the mornigs.
He glanced at here befor looking back to the water and the water around his hand began to bubble. Then so did the rest of the hot spring untill you could see steam coming from it. It was now dark and all the light was there was the moon light. He pulled his hand out and the flames around his handes disspered and were as if there was not flames on there to begen with.Thats wer he got his full name from, it was the fire that he could wild any time he wanted to along with the blade at his side.

Ayumi nodded as he spoke.
"Jakeru.....That's a nice name." She smiled and continued to let her feet dangle over the edge. She sighed and leaned back abit. As she did, she saw Jakeru walking toward the water. She quickly lifted herself up and watched him. As he stuck his hand in the water, Ayumi gasped. It bubbled and the temperature started to rise. It was as if he was adding heat somehow. Then the thought struck her. Could Jakeru be able to control the element of fire? She thought for a moment before continuning to watch the steam rise from the Spring Water.
After Jakeru had pulled his hand out, Ayumi glanced quickly at him and then to the water, wondering what to say next.
"How did you do that?" She looked curiously at the Wolf boy, wondering how he would respond.

Jakeru looked at with with quetion when she asked how he did that. He thought back when he was with his lord an dhow he did simething."My lord showed me hoe to unlock my power with in. He said I was born with it that I was created really from this blade." He said toching his blade and got ready to pull it out. "This blade called Shin which was know as the fire blade which made me the fire deamon." He said pulling out the blade slowly and as he did it got bigger and was on flames.
Thats all he could think of and thats all he really knew. His past was hard to rember befor his mom and dad were killed. Before that day he had cared , and befor that they things changed. Now he was hear talking to another deamon that was at the hot springs. He could have killed he right now with a swing of his blade right now but he lowered it slowly and then put it away. HE would not kill her not know and maby not never but he was not sure. He trusted her for this time.

Ayumi listened quietly. She was always interested in hearing about another's history. Before she could say anything, Jakeru drew his sword, and when he started to speak of his powers, Ayumi got a bit closer to the blade. So all of his power had come from this? She looked it over carefully, taking in every detail. It was much larger than hers, and much thicker. If she were to battle Jakeru, her sword would probably be useless against his.
Realizing that she was so close that her nose was almost touching the ignited blade, Ayumi quickly withdrew her head. She breathed a sigh of relief and turned to the water.
"Well, your not much different from me, then." She glanced back at Jakeru before moving her hands over the surface of the water. As her hand passed over, the water slowly began to freeze.
"Like you, I also was born with the ability to control an element. Mine, as you can plainly see, is water, or ice if you will." She withdrew her hand and the water went back to it's normal, steamy self. She sighed and got up.
"I was nearing the age of six when I found out I had this ability. And after my parents found out, they took me to the Clan Elder to be trained. " She moved a piece of hair from her eyes and sat down on the ground.
"Well, then my parents dissapeared and my Clan was killed by this Naraku fellow. Now I'm looking for him while trying to avoid this new villan named, Lord Keiran." She sighed.
"Well, that's enough about me. What about you? Do you remember your parents, or maybe even your past history?"

Jakeru looked at her the whole time she was talking. Seeing how soft her skin looked and how her hair blew in the breeze. Than he looked at the water. She was freezing it and then it turned back to normal. Her elimate could put of a bit of his elimte but not if he was in his true deamon form. He was quite when she had asked him about if he rembered his parents or any of his past. He thought back long and hard as he could."Of my parents all I can rember was screaming and blood splatering all over the places."He said with no feeling at all. He rembered the blood splatering ever were and even on him. his lord said that he did not cry at all."As for my past I was raised by my Lord, who tought me every thing I know. Untill I betrayed him when it came to killing a whole clan." He thought for a moment, maby it had been her clan and maby she was the girl or some other girl. She had sai dher clans name but then said that Naraku. So it could have not been him.
Maby it was some other clan, all he could rember was screams, yells, and him killing. "I killed a lot of inisent people when I was only 5 years old. HE thought back only a few times had he every went to his ture deamon form and that was when every other thing he knew did not work.

As Jakeru spoke, Ayumi's eyes widened. What he had said suprised her. What had really happened to his mother and father, and why couldn't he remember anything? She pondered over this for a few more seconds before realizing that Jakeru had started to speak again.
After he had finished, Ayumi shook her head.
"That's horrible." She shut her eyes tightly, not wanting to show any feeling toward what Jakeru had just said. She had an idea of what had happened, though. What if Jakeru had been in his true form? All demons had one. They culd either control it, or they couldn't control it. It was a very simple matter. Like other demons, Ayumi had learned to control her's at a young age, but others were never taught how. This is what made some so dangerous. Could Jakeru have never been taught how to control his?
Ayumi just sighed and let the thought go. It wasn't that important anyway. She turned to Jakeru and smiled, trying to lighten the tense feeling around the spring.
"So, what are you doing now Jakeru? Are you just wandering, or are you looking for something?"

"I was really looking for the ones called Inuyasha and his brother..i forgotten his name. See I want to see if what I hear is true about them but I never could find them." He sid in his same non careing voices. Maby she had met them before or knew were they were, if so that would be good. He was not know to travle with anyone but if she knew then maby. "Do you know them?"

"Inuyasha? Do you mean that dog demon? Well, I think I've seen him around once or twice....and I've heard of his brother Sesshomaru....." She thought for a moment. "They're almost always seen hanging around that human village gaurded by the Priestess Kaede." She nodded, proud that she had remebered correctly.

"Do you think you could take me to them?"Jakeru said with a little feeling but it slowly faded away. He was not to sure if it would be o.k for him to go near a human village for him killing so many. None of them that he killed were really major but still. She and him were both deamons how would they make it in there with out being spoted. So this Inuyasha was a half dog demon, but was said to be stroung. No one knew much about his brother Sesshomaru, but that was o.k"I would like to meet them to see what i have heard is true."

"Maybe Inuyasha.....I don't really wish going to Sesshomaru." She sighed and nodded. "If I do decide to take you to see Inuyasha, how do we approach the villages?" She knew Jakeru was thinking the same thing. Just the way he looked was enough to give it away. She knew that the villages were not so fond of demons. Plus Jakeru had mentioned killing humans in the past....She shook her head. This was beginning to pose as a problem.
