Upset Hearts(starting after The Voice)

[Naraku]

Adra smiles as he tried to fight back the laugh but couldn't. "You spoiled-rotten, stuck-up child. You know exactly what I am saying and you know I am right, Don't pretend differently, just makes you sound stupid. Well unless you aren't trying to fool me and is actually that stupid to believe your own bullshit." He begins laughing again before sitting down onto a stump across from the two. "Do you really wish to be alone again, or have you already forgotten what thats like, I would assume you havn't since you are mingling with your own creations and others."

[Lord Sesshomaru]

Soothsayer sighed, looking back at Adra stubbornly now being told to by Koneko. Only to have to go through such insults. He wanted to kill the damned god, but knew better then to do so. He couldn't win. There was no way of that happening. He didn't say anything, meeting the man's gaze defiantly, and trying his best to seem unconcerned by what he said. There was nothing he could think of as a good comeback. He only felt humiliated of being lectured and insulted in front of Koneko.

[Rin]

at the word creations, Koneko's ears droop and she trie dot ge totu of Soothsayer's arms to leave them. She didn't wnat to here this if it had to be insults to Soothsayer and herself.... she was a person, not a thing, or animal... wasn't she? Her leg was still throbbing, but if she stood, she'd be able to stay up.

[Naraku]

"Sit down kitten, your not one of his. Adra smirks as he looks over towards Soothsayer. "Do you really wish to repeat my younger days, I lost my Sheila and my village, now don't lose your Sheila, so kiss and make up."

[Lord Sesshomaru]

"Why?" Soothsayer asked, a bit taken back as he glanced toward Koneko. "Are you mad at me? Is there something I did that I should kiss you for?"

[Rin]

Koneko froze and refused ot look Soothsaye rin the face. "No... it-there's nothing wrong..." She lied, and glared at the other demon. "he's just trying to make you mad." She commented dryly.

[Naraku]

"Don't make me laugh, you only say that cause your to shy to admit you want that kiss. So maybe you should tell him how you really feel, He maybe a god, but that doesn't mean he knows everything, Anyways off that, You are drawing way to much attention to yourself, look how easy it was for me to find you, and without even having to try. Besides, our times are running outwith each passing days our influnces famish, I am sure you have noticed. A time without gods is approaching, A time where only humans roam this earth, demons will fall to the lose of their gods, and go mad, most likly the only demons to survive will be sealed ones. Surly you can feel it, yet the other gods are so damn full of themselvies they think such a think is impossible. Anyways all we can do is make the best out of what is left, it could be another 100 years maybe a thousand who knows." He smiles as he places his hands onto his knees. "Thats why you need to take better care of your Shelia and spend your time with her."

[Lord Sesshomaru]

Soothsayer's brows rose as he stared at Koneko. The information given that she, in fact, wanted the kiss. Did she really? That surprise didn't last long, being told of the time without gods. He frowned, saddened by what Adra was saying. That only made him want to distance himself from everything. If he will someday lose it, why not just get rid of it now and save the trouble of the wait?

[Naraku]

Adra eyes seem to burn as he leaps to his feet and moves towards Soothsayer, now angered by the emotions he was putting off. "Are you telling me you thought you would live forever, You still got a lifetime ahead of you, don't you just throw it away. Think of your own parents, or any of it was what they did a waste, What about the ones you have met do you truly regret it, Of course not! Thinking like that will not make anything happen sooner, only make it longer, an eternal pain that will never end.If you lose the people you can open up to, you will just be a shell seeking death, is that what you want? Think of what you said about Meordi, you wanted her protected, but even you know her life is not eternal, but you wanted her to life longer, and happy, that is why she stayed is it not, even if it means she has a shorter life so she could be happy, Now do the same for your own damn life! I know what the others have told you both you are smarter then that. Do not let what happen to me happen to you."

He closes his eyes for a moment as he tried to calm himself down for a moment. "I came here to give you fair warning. Not to just give up. But to make something from your life. Look at her, do you really want to give up, or do you want to take it, and be there for the people who actually need you during this time."

He lightly laughs sitting back down. "I maybe a better fighter, and much older then you but I am no better, and I too am still learning to deal with the changes of the worlds myself, cause when I was selfish, I actually lost everything, thats when I left the shrine, and when I left the company of the other gods. To see the world in their eyes." He turns his attention towards the woods before laughing again like he did before he snapped. "But I know you, agree with me or not, your still going to act like the selfish brat you are. Just hopfully under all that you take what I say to heart."

[Rin]

Koneko sighed sadly when she thought of the future... it pale din comparison to this place in many ways.

There were other people like her, the air was clear and refreshing... even the sky seemed bluer. And so much younger....'

Truthfully, Koneko really didn't want to listen to what this demon had to say. She knew not many demons survived, she knew that Soothsayer would probably be one of the ones that wouldn't...

Besides, Soothsayer didn't know how she felt!
He probably thought she just liked him like all the other beloved.

'It's hard in the future for me and my father... if anything, I wish I was born in the Fuedal Era...'

Koneko sighed and closed her eyes. 'Stop feeling sorry for yourself! There's nothing I can do about it!' She barked at her self in her mind.

[Naraku]

Adra sighs once more but this time looking towards Koneko, since she was producing the most emotions. "Now why are you down, you belong where your heart is nothing more, even if you don't see it know doesn't mean you don't belong."

[Lord Sesshomaru]

Soothsayer was deathly quiet. Taking in Adra's words and trying to think them over and how depressed it made him. He frowned, stuck in his own mind on the predicament. He didn't want any of that to happen. He didn't want the modern world to be without gods. He didn't want the shikas, who his father had worked so hard to create, to be gone.

[Naraku]

"If you sit around an no nothing, nothing changes... If you want something to happen, the best way to make sure it does is to do it yourself." Adra places his hand over his right eye and grew silent for a long period of time, which was very unlike him, once he had started a conversation.

[Rin]

Koneko nodded to what the man was saying. "I'm sorry... I've only met you, I'm Koneko... you are?" She asked the other demon as she slowly stood, sighing when her leg didn't hurt.

[Lord Sesshomaru]

Soothsayer sighed, leaning back and released her from his hold, bringing his arm to his side and feeling horribly hollow. "He's Adra...god of something, I don't know..." he did know. But he didn't feel like taking the time to think. Or do introductions for that matter.
