It was early in the morning. There weren't enough people to notice a walking fox yokai walking along the streets of the city. The Fox Deity walked along the side walks of the modern era, curious of everything here. It came into a stop sign and Kuu observed it. "A mark perhaps?" Kuugen starts to read the sign. "STOP? Is there a reason for me to stop what I am doing? A Demon?!" The fox spreads its four legs in a form of combat but nothing seemed to be here about. He looked from left to right but nothing was there, there was also no sense of other demons. "A false alarm. Why tell to stop when there is nothing to stop for?" Kugen wondered. The fox continued on and came to another stop with another sign. "Another?" The fox thought to itself.
"Higurashi Shrine." The fox spirit read. "A Shrine? Who is being worshiped here?" The fox curiously entered the shrine to see what was around. Upon searching there was a tree. Very similar to the one in its world. "Gonshiboku?" Kuugen examined the tree. "Yes, this is the same tree. But how could it be? How can it end up in this world?" The fox said with a soft voice. There were so many questions left unanswered. Just where exactly is this place? |
