The Beginning of Insanity

[Lord Sesshomaru]

Merodi was quiet for a moment, taking in what he said and what that meant. She blinked, stepping back a bit as her mind seemingly took a bit too long to comprehend. "E-eh?!" She yelled in disbelief. Realizing she was a bit too loud she turned down the volume of her voice. "You can't be serious, how would you know something like that?" It was impossible, unhead of; unreasonable! She didn't want to know already who was to become her daughters mate! Besides, she was so young, she might not even like him, how could he assume something like that or know from seeing her as a child?!

[Naraku]

"How can I explain something so natural towards me." He says nothing as he looks back towards the waterfall. More or less looking towards Tempa even though his eyes cannot see her. "And why would I ever joke about such a thing."

His wings expanded casting their shadow down upon them. He grew silent once more for he had nothing to say, nor did he know how to explain it. His eyes slowly close as the wind gently picks up and blew through his hair.

[Lord Sesshomaru]

Merodi said nothing more on the matter, and rather she didn't. She'd rather pretend that it had not happened and that this vampire wasn't after her daughter. Sweet little Tempa shouldn't be with a blood craving non demon. Whatever the heck he was. She sighed, rubbing her arm. She really didn't like this.

"Moooommyyy~!" Tempa whined, coming out of the waterfall with her new toy in her arms. "When's Daddy coming home?!" Probably missed someoen to wrestle and play with. Merodi smiled. "Soon, I'm sure."

[Naraku]

"Well Tempa if you are bored we could play a game of ball if you like." Hiroshi leans down onto his knees to talk to her. "Or is there another game you may like?" He raises his brow as he looks towards Merodi.

"I am also sure your mother would love to join us in a game of ball too."He looks back down seeing her with the new toy and gently smiles. Oddly the games was more then to make her happy it would be a great way to distract them from worrying of Koga. Which in truth he did more for Tempa then her mother. Also it may keep his tatse from coming back.

[Lord Sesshomaru]

Tempa frowned, staring up at Hiroshi. "I lost my ball." she said simply, staring out into the distance. Merodi sighed, trying not to be bothered by all of this. "Mom won't let me go get it." Tempa pouted, sitting down on the cold rock.

"Of course not! It wouldn't have gotten lost if you hadn't gone so far!"

[Naraku]

"Well why don't you show me what direction its in and i will go get it for you." He smiles to her. "Once I get close to it I will be able to find it fast enough."
He was sure he could get it and back intime without anything happening and if something was to happen he would catch wiff before to bad, since these wolvies would have to slow down something even if they were worthless.
"So how does it sound I will go get the ball and we can go out and play a game with it."

[Lord Sesshomaru]

Tempa pointed in the direction. "Yes, yes, go get it!"

"Tempa, don't be rude!"

Tempa pouted, glancing at her mother as she squeezed the new toy. "Please..."

[Naraku]

Hiroshi without word lifted into the air and flew off into the direction in search of the ball.
It did not take long before he found the ball and lifts it from the bushes it laid in. He had begin to gently clean it off before he walks back towards them.

[Lord Sesshomaru]

Merodi sighed, finding it harder and harder to handle Koga not being around. She didn't have the energy to handle Tempa. So she was thankful to Hiroshi, even though he had his eyes on Tempa more then Merodi might want.

Tempa surprisingly waited patiently for Hiroshi, nibbling on an arm of her toy as she waited. She saw him returned and grinned. "Ball ball!" she yelled, dropping her toy and going to reach him. "Play catch!"

[Naraku]

"Sounds good to me, now would Mommy want to play or is it just us?" He smiles gently tossing the ball to her. He continue to walk towards Tempa following after. His wings lightly close around him as he looks up towards Merodi unsure if she would really play.

"You know I think it would be a good Idea for you to join us, it would clear your head of thought." His attention went back to Tempa thinking if he looks away for to long he may end up with a ball across his face.

[Lord Sesshomaru]

Tempa clumsily caught the ball, running off with it in search of an open area for them to play. She ran in circles when finding her area, waiting for the others to join her. It didn't take long for her to be panting, her mouth open and her tongue hanging out a bit. She collaped on the ground, laying on top of the ball and balancing on it.

"I'll...play." Merodi decided, looking toward her daughter as she contemplated. She slowly nodded. Sighing again, she put everything behind her so she would concentrate on Tempa. She went to her daughter, who had quickly regained her energy, standing up and grabbing the ball again and running around her mother's feet.

[Naraku]

Hiroshi smiles as he moves down past Merodi as he lightly spoke. "Its scary isn't it, the fact she will grow up and still have this energy." Of course it would be used differently but was most likly the case. Even Koga was prove of that theory. He knew at this point Merodi may keep her eyes onto him, but which would be normal. Hiroshi was actually curious if Koga knew or was to stuburn to pay attention and notice.

He wasn't really paying much attention to Tempa at this time, making it almost impossible to see if she would throw the ball to him. He more or less at this time was pictureing what would happen later on.

[Lord Sesshomaru]

Merodi said nothing to Hiroshi. She looked away, trying not to imagine Tempa all grown up. She couldn't imagine what her daughter would be like. Hopefully not as troublesome as she is now. She looked at Tempa at the last minute before her ball was thrown. She gasped as the ball quickly moved toward Hiroshi's head while Tempa giggled and laughed, watching for the outcome.

[Naraku]

Hiroshi was still looking away and never seen the ball coming til it was upon him.The ball rasp acrosses his face with enough force to almost knock him to the ground. Yet Hiroshi caught himself without making so much as a yelp or cry. His hand slowly moves up to his cheek, and just by adding the rub of his hand his cheek lightly bleed.

''I think she threw that hard enough it would of killed a human....' He had a slight chuckle before he stood back straight and turns toward her. Within his hand was the ball that he some how caught after bouncing from his face.

Merodi stared at Hiroshi wide eyed and even horrified. She was even frightened to play ball with the two. Where did Tempa get all the strength!? Definitely not from her. She regained herself, glaring at Tempa who stopped in mid-giggles when she met her mother's gaze. "Don't throw that hard, you can really hurt someone." Seeing as Hiroshi wasn't upset with the little girl's throw, she didn't take the time to apologize for the child. And Tempa easily accepted the demand, in fact she had already forgotten of it and ran in random directions to vent out energy.
