Koneko sighed in content and rolled around to a more comfortable position.
Tohru caressed her cheek and looked at the other demon.
Toharu wanted to tell the demon off for taking so long in havign her come back... but he found hsi mouth was dry, and he felt ashamed that he had ignored his responsibilities as the girl's father...
Toharu followed the other dmeon into the hall and closed the door softly. A question came to mind. "Is she of any trouble to you, Soothsayer?" He asked.

Soothsayer frowned, crossing his arms over his chest. "Yeah, she is. She always yells at me and won't let me do my job." he sighed. "And she complains about you, too." he said with another sigh. Very annoying.

"If you wish then, I'll forbid her from going to your time so she is no longer an annoyance to you. She is fmaous in the family for being very rude and childish." Tohru said in an emotionless voice.
He glanced back at the door to Koneko's room and asked, "Forgive me for asking, but what did she say about me?" He asked.

Soothsayer smiled, deciding to say nothing on the forbidding for the time being. Even if the man did forbid Koneko, he could see that hanyou sneaking out of the house to get to the well. He would tell the man later that he didn't mind her being so annoying.
The deer leaned against the wall, his heel tapping against him. He looked at him for the corner of his eye. "She said she misses your lullabies. And that you're lonely and wished you'd find someone new."

Tohru frowned and sighed. "I've been busy... but I guess that isn't an excuse. I've only just realized that tonight. Thank you, for bringing her home, Soothsayer."
He bowed his head and asked, "Are you going to depart now?" He asked in a polite voice. He wasn't trying to shoo the man off, but he felt slightly uneasy around him while Koneko ws so vunerable and so close.
He wasn't expecting Soothsayer to try anything, but he supposed his dorment instincts of being a parent were kicking in.

Soothsayer slowly grinned. "I shall stay until she tells me to leave." he pushed himself off from the wall. He wanted to go back to the room and sleep with her but her father might not think well of that. He began to hum as he walked down the hallways, a new song he had found just yesterday.

The demon sighed and rubbed his temples. "Help yourself to one of the guest rooms. I'll be in my study i fyou need me." He said, nodding to a door 2 doors down from Koneko's room. He bowed his head one last time before walking into his study and going over to the computer.
(Should we start a new thread in mordern Japan, or just keep going?)

OOC: I'm lazy, don't want to start a new thread
Soothsayer watched Koneko's father leave down the hallway. He didn't move for a long while as he watched. He waited, staying where he was with his hands crossed over his chest. He thought about going to find a guest room but decided he felt like being scandalous today. Grinning he tip toed back into Koneko's room. Slowly closing the door behind him he quietly, and trying best to not disturb her, got into the bed with her. He didn't get under the covers, deciding that was a bit much. But he would sleep with her tonight, that was decided. He placed an arm around her as he made himself comfortable on his side. He yawned, and quickly fell asleep with the comforts of the woman beside him and the softness of modern beds.

Koneko woke the next morning to feel wonderfully comfortable. She opened her still slightly sleepy eyes, to see a tanned face next to her's.
She could also feel the person's arm around her and she blinked.
The face became more focused, and she realied it was Soothsayer!
She blushed and sat bolt upright. Then she noticed everything else. Her pictures, her computer...
'Soothsayer's in my time? How did that's happen?!' She asked herself, looking down at the said demon. She looked at the clock to see it was 6 in the morning. She sighed and looked at Soothsayer again.

Soothsayer didn't awaken with Koneko's movements. He snored softly, before turning himself into a new position and continuing his sleep. He hadn't really slept in a long time. He dreamed of songs and instruments, and didn't want to be awoken any time soon.

Koneko smiled, and resisted the urge to stroke his hair and kiss his cheek.
Instead, she climbed out of bed and changed into some new, clean clothes(In her bathroom, because she still didn't know Soothsayer was totally asleep).
She then went into the kitchen and made herself breakfast, poured herself some milk and sat down at the counter to eat when her dad came in.
Koneko glared softly and went back to eating.
Tohru sighed and sat down infront of her. "Kitten, we need to talk." Koneko glared, "What's with the nickname? You haven't called me that since I was a kid."
But she sighed after a moment. "Okay... what do you want to talk about?" She asked softly.
Tohru took a deep breath, and began. (Note: I will not go into detail, except at the end, because I'm very bad at discussions.)
He began explianing/confessing about what he'd been doing wrong, and apologized.
He told her that he wanted to spend more time with her for the next week or two, since they needed catching up.
"...Also, Soothsayer tells me your abit annoying to him and that he can't do his work without you getting in the way."
Tohru noted Koneko's ears drooping till they were almost stickign to her skull.
"So, I'm banning you form going to the fuedal era." He said with a straight face.
Koneko stared at him for moment, processing the news, then started.
"WHAT?!"

Soothsayer yawned, slowly waking up now that he was alone. He blinked and frowned, getting up out of the bed and stretching out his arms as he followed her scent. He caught the conversation halfway though. He blinked, frowning. Banned her? So he actually did it? He didn't think that the man would do it so fast! Slowly he walked into the kitchen where they were, slightly confused.
"Now why do you have to say it like that? Make me seem like I hate her." He yawned and scratched his head. "And I don't, I enjoy our time together, but I think its best you stay in your time."

Even with those words, Koneko didn't stop sulking. Later on, she'd always comment she had been starting to pick up Soothsayer's childish habits.
But Koneko was still slightly hurt by this... after she had seen feudal era, she had become addicted. Like a fallen to drugs.
"Yes, well besides. She'll be too busy spending time with me for gallivanting off to who-knows-where/when, with a demon I barely know!" Tohru commented.
Koneko growled, kind of like a cat does when it's about to hiss. "I'm not a child anymore." Tohru glared.
"In feudal japan, yes, in this time period, no. I'll keep treating you like a kid till you either grow out of it, or turn 21."
Koneko glared at Soothsayer. "Why am I getting scolded for stuff that's usually in your category?" She asked in a irritated tone.

Soothsayer shrugged, looking away from her. Yes, why was she getting the scolded for something she always scolds him for?! How strange she turns childish in front of her father. And how dare she insult him! Oh well, he was too tired to be hurt. He yawned again leaning against the counter.

"It's that kind of attitude I'm sure Soothsayer doesn't want." Koneko ment to scoff, but it cam eout as a cough instead. She cleared her throat, stood up and sighed.
"Soothsayer, do you want me to make you somethign?" She asked the deer demon as she walked to the frigde.
