Long ago the sun had been put to rest to make way for the moon. A young woman around the age of sixteen stood there in the silhouettes of the silvery moons touch as the zephyr gusted, swirling in uncanny spirals as it dipped and raced within the bramble and wood. Flower petals take a ride upon the rippling wind, tossing about and skidding along the pebble-strewn landscape. Horned vines wrapped their acidic green structure around the trunks of the many gnarled trees, groping for flesh to snag and dice as a bodice slips by. Evening dew gleamed in the webs of the arachnid’s gossamer. Oh how the crystalline threads sparkled in the silvered moonlight, stretching from foliage to foliage to ensnare other insects so the eight legged vampire may feast with little effort ever spared. Owls careened their flexible necks to the panorama, absorbing the views offered. The chatter of various night creatures created a symphony to parallel any haunted realm, with their wicked screams and squeals. The dying and the devouring grunted and stomped - hunters howling their nightly triumph. All this was melded together in a vivid confection of unnamed creations, something so complex as to never harbor a name. Though the heat of the sun had vanished, its warmth still remained present.
Gentle façade held dejected chocolate eyes which gaze out into the unforgiving distance and also took in the visions of a once vast notable village where she was born and to some extent raised in. She was Sango, sister to Kohaku and daughter to the leader of this village. Depression was starting to kick in at the thought of loosing her friends just as she had her family, to the hands of Naraku. Head hung low as those dismayed eyes rest on her companion Kirara who was at her side ever since the day she could remember. Just the sight of her demon friend brought certain rapture to her, made her feel as if she was not alone in this world, as if everything would be fine. Her head rose up; slight delight filled her as she had just entered the gates of the old Slayers Village.
The weapon on her back was brought down to her side as those same wounded eyes looked around, caution was to be taken. Since the village was destroyed and deserted anything could be here. Kirara went into her big demon form and began to scan the area. After cleaning out a few demons Kirara reduced back to her normal form and jumped onto Sango’s shoulder. The girl brought her hand up and began to pat the feline. A smile crossed her scenic face as her weapon was put back into place as they walked towards their old home. When she had reached the entrance to it she simply just stood there, memories began to flood her mind of Kohaku. Oh how she missed her little brother so much. Sadness began to fill her once more as she walked in. Dust was gathered and the floors where dirty. The weapon upon her back was removed and set against the wall. She was in her casual clothing. She grabbed a blanket out from her bag that Kagome had given her and lay it down on the floor. She decided that she would wait until tomorrow to do repairs to the large weapon, right now she needed sleep. Kirara curled up at her side. Would they sleep for a peaceful night?

(( As Kohaku ))
As fate would have it, they did not sleep the whole peaceful night, for above them, on the rotted wood roof, slept Kohaku himself. He only slept there because he grew tired of fighting the little water demons, they couldn't do much, but were strangely persistent and annoying. To find solace, Kohaku had found his way on to the roof, and as chance had it Sango had gone straight into that house, yet Kohaku knew that not. He simply slept, and in his dreams, a little two tailed cat burst into flame, -and at this, he made a yelp in his sleep - oh, the cat had transformed. It was now a much bigger cat, it was fighting demons, but there were too many. Just as he thought the demon cat was going to be killed, a huge boomerang came out of nowhere. Scaring Kohaku again so that he gave another audible yelp, and flinch-jumped about a centemeter into the air. Hitting the roof with a thud, he rolled over, but he rolled over to where there wasn't any roof.
With a dull thud, he landed on his sister, Sango, the thud immediately woke up Kirara, though he wasn't sure if he had knocked out his sister or not, he was afraid he had perhaps broken a few bones. Or perhaps even killed her. but then he though of what he'd seen his sister do, and changed his mind, she was only unconsious. then it came rushing to him. THIS was his sister, Sango! The one he now remembered, and the one he had gone around looking for. He prodded her in the side and said somewhat urgently. "Sango Sango! It's me! Kohaku!" Still prodding her, hoping she would wake. --- OOC:// Wow, that was probably the best rp post ive ever made lol.....

You know that part in your sleep where you are just on the boundary on that really refreshing deep sleep but if something just creaked across the floor then it would wake you up? Well, that was where Sango was in her sleep. The demon cat rest under her head in her larger form so Sango could use her as a pillow. The demon cat Kirara lay there, sleep had not taken upon her. She was keeping guard for her master…no, Sango was Kirara’s friend and that would never change. The cat quickly jump up from under Sango and caused the sleeping girl to quickly wake and before she could move something had knocked the breath out of her. She looked around after she regained her breath. She couldn’t help but to lay there and she felt as something began to prod at her side. She looked over…
“Kohaku?!” She questioned as she slowly began to sit up, holding her hand on her stomach. “Is that really you?” She asked as she took a closer look at him and couldn’t help but to smile. She wanted to reach out and hug him. She began to remember that Naraku probably had him under his control but if this was true then why did he speak out her name as if he remembered her? Right now she was very confused and didn’t know how to react. Kirara walked over to the boy after she transformed into her smaller version. She want to rub up on his legs and a soft purr began to emit from her body.
