A Time Forgotten

Akiho nodded his head to her as she confirmed the name of the remote, or as she had called it before, the 'magic stick'. When he did his demonstration, he laughed at her comment, "Well, I guess all of this advanced equipment has it's ups and downs, eh?" he laughed. He smiled as she spoke again and nodded, "Yup, television." he said. As he asked her if she had any questions, she said not so far. He smiled back at her as she smiled at him.

As they went back to the stairs, he made a joke about what was up there and apparently freaked her out pretty well, he tried to smile and apologized for his joke. He listened to her question about his parents and shrugged, "I dunno. Maybe they're out looking for me or something. I have been gone for quite a while now." he said. Yoko must have still been unsure about the stairs because she wandered back into the kitchen again and started to explore further into it then she had at first. And as she asked, he answered, "They're for eating, too." he said, "But you can milk a cow as well, I really don't want to go into it all that much though." he said, he didn't want her to think it was offending the way you got milk from a cow, so he figured it was best not to inform her of the entire process.

He listened as she spoke again, "Pretty much the same for me." he laughed, "Here at home we eat pretty much whenever we want. We don't have to hunt the food, and we don't have to grow it, though some of us do. Not my family, though." he added. "Well, whenever you're ready to eat, I'll find us something." he said as she continued to explore. He nodded again as she confirmed the pronunciation of the word plate, "That's it." he said with a smile.

After he showed her upstairs and told her to choose whatever she wanted to wear, he ran back downstairs to open the door. He listened to what Benjamin had to say then spoke, "Uh, hey, no I didn't forgot, um.." 'Dang, I completely forgot! I was so preoccupied with being in the feudal era and helping out Yoko I'd completely forgotten! Great..just great.' He looked up as he heard the crashing noise and shook his head, "Huh, um, no, no. It's fine, um come in, I'll just be right back." he muttered as he let him in and raced back upstairs. "Hey, um, it was just a friend. Uh, you can come down, but I guess then I'd have to explain everything to him. If you want to stay hidden, then you can stay up here, but I suppose it doesn't matter." he said. "I'd have to explain my absence to him sooner or later and I don't think he'll buy a sick day like that girl does." he said. He was always forgetting the girl's name. Then again he didn't really hang out with her too much.

Benjamin walked in thinking 'oh he so totaly forgot.' Ben looked around with curoius look o his face something dident 'smell' right. And if there was one thing ben was know for it was his sense of smell."Hey um..akiho? Is there someone here?" Noli walked up the stair cautiosly....no matter what ben hated stairs.

When ben got to the to of the stair's and nearly fell down them in shock "Akiho....i cant belive it......You ACCUALY got a girlfriend!"

“Yea, I guess.” She said towards his comment about the ups and downs of this advanced stuff. She looked as he laughed and she just smiled. Everything here was just so confusing for a girl like her who came from 500 years of the past. Though everything here was so different from her time it was nice that she had such a nice guide like Akiho to show her everything that she didn’t know about. She smiled just thinking that he had taken her to his time just like he promised made her happy. She didn’t have anyone in this world anymore, her parents where presumed to be dead and she really couldn’t talk to Ken-Ichi though he would listen, he could never give her advise though it looked like he wanted to so many times in the past.

He had apologized for his joke and she looked at him. “That wasn’t very nice…just you wait. I’ll get you back.” She laughed after telling him that she would get her revenge on him. He then spoke about the possible whereabouts of his parents and she nodded. “I see. You had been gone for awhile. Its fine for me to be gone from my time, no one there would miss me. I already brought my only friends here.” She said with a smile as she looked towards Ken-Ichi then himself. They then wandered into the kitchen and he had explained to her that you could eat cows and drink from them. Wow, they must be able to do so much more than that. She laughed as a swift vision of a flying cow entered her head and she covered her mouth, trying to muffle the laughter but couldn’t help it and let loose her hand and placed both of them on her stomach. She soon stopped and looked at Akiho and wiped her eyes. “I’m sorry.” She was still laughing, just not as hard. “I…just thought of flying cows is all.” She giggled and then all of her laughter stopped.

She listened to him speak about how they ate any time they wanted. “Wow, it must be nice instead of starving for three days or more.” Every time she saw something new she started to not even want to go back to her time but she knew that she would have to but she didn’t want to think about that right now. “I will let you know when I am ready.” She said with a smile as she continued to explore. When he had given her praise for saying ‘plate’ right she smiled.

Once she got finished dressing she looked around the room. It was actually really nice here. Everything was so soft, including the couch that was downstairs. She then heard footsteps coming up the stairs and rose her torso and moved Ken-Ichi to the side of her. To her suspicion Akiho had walked through the door and began to speak to her. She smiled as he said that she could come downstairs instead of staying up here and making her feel like she was like a pet his parents wouldn’t allow him to have. She wrapped Ken-Ichi around her neck like you would a boa and smiled. “Alright.” She said as she was heading towards the door and the man that she had seen earlier came through and she heard as he spoke and she couldn’t help but to blush horridly. She covered her face and nodded her head while her eyes closed. “No no no!” She continued to nod her head. “Its nothing like that!” She looked up at him when she couldn’t feel the burning sensation that blushing had caused her and then turned to Akiho.

He laughed as she said she would get her revenge. "Heh, well, let's just hope you don't do anything too rash." he joked. As they returned to the kitchen, he listened to her speak. "I'm sorry you don't have many friends, Yoko." he said. He looked at her and smiled, "You're a really good person, though, you could have a lot." he laughed, trying to make it sound better. He looked at her with a confused look. 'Flying...cows?' he shook his head, "Well, um...Alright then." he said with a laugh. He nodded his head, "Alright." he said as she told him she would let him know when she was ready to eat.

As he came back down stairs with Yoko to see his friend, he listened to what he said and practically choked, "Wh-Wha? No! It's not like that!" he managed to say. "We're just friends!" he shouted out.

"WHY its no wonder why you dident come to school! wow.....i dident think you had it in you akiho." Ben listened to them both protest and ben said with a smirk "Uhuh sure that what they all say....oh and akiho...why dident you come to school....i mean i know you've got a girlfreind but....i dont think you'd go THAT far THAT soon. So...were you sick or something?"

She listened to Akiho almost choke and she turned to look at him and heard what he said and she nodded her head in agreement. “We are just friends. Infact we meet about a week ago.” She said towards Akiho’s friend. She smiled towards him like she did with everyone else. She continued to listen to what he said and just moved her head over to the side in a confused manner. “Had what in him?” She questioned as she looked over towards him. “For the last time, I am not his girlfriend!” She began to blush once more but this time it was very little and she couldn’t feel it burning her face so she didn’t hide it.

She watched as Ken-Ichi walked over to this man and sniffed at his shoe and began to hiss. Yoko grabbed him and put him around her neck once more in the position of a boa. “I’m terribly sorry….uh…” She paused. She hadn’t caught his name. “I’m Yoko and this is Ken-Ichi.” She said as she pet the ferret on the head and heard him growl with delight. “I’m not from around here.” She said looking to Akiho wondering if she should tell this man that she wasn’t even from this time.

Akiho listed as Yoko explained that they had only met about a week ago and he nodded in agreement. He glared at him as he spoke again, "Wah?! No!" he yelled out. He watched as Ken-Ichi hissed at Benjamin and listened as Yoko apologized for his behavior. He nodded to Yoko, he felt that it would actually be best to tell him, especially with what they were being accused of. "Well, you probably won't believe me, but.." he said and looked at Yoko to see if she wanted to say it.

"trust me there's nothing you can pitch at me that i wont get! Believe it!" Ben said with a smile and backed up a step as the snake hissed at him. ""WOW that's....one big rat....Umm....gee are you a preistess or something cuz your clothes kind look... Dont take this wrong but you look like someone who just came from the past." Ben said with a chuckle

She watched Akiho as he nodded towards her, as if saying it would be fine to tell him about her being from the past. She took a deep breath and when she went to speak he had beat her to it. She laughed lightly and nodded her head. “I am from the past.” She looked over to Akiho, she knew that it was alright to tell him and besides, he would have had to find out sooner or later. She took a deep breath and stood. She cleaned some of Ken-Ichi’s fur from her pants and looked over to Akiho’s friend.

She listened to this Benjamin character call Ken-Ichi a rat and she glared at him. “He is not a rat.” She pets him on the head and continued to glare at Ben with eyes that looked like they could pierce steel. “He is a ferret.” She continued to glare at him, even when he talked about her garb. She grabbed the bottom of the shirt that Akiho let her borrow and realized that he must have been talking about the clothes of hers that were on the bed. She nodded her head and continued to look at Ben. “No, these aren’t a priestess’s garb.” She now grinned. “They are that of an assassin from the past.”

"F-from the...past?....umm might i ask....how?" Ben looked at to akiho to the woman "An assasin?" Ben said with a strange look on his face "But if your from the past...how did you get here?" Ben shook his head and scrathed the back of it "And my time machene is still in the blue-prints.."
