The morning sun had already brought its shining face upon the vista allowing everything in sight to be touched by it’s warming rays. The time was about nine in the morning and she had one interesting night. She looked around to see if Akiho was already awake but it seemed like Ken-Ichi and herself were the only ones. She swung her feet so they would touch the ground and stood up from what Akiho had called the couch. She patted Ken-Ichi on the head and stretched her hands up over her head and yawning. “Good morning little guy.” She giggled lightly enough to not wake her sleeping friend who was upstairs. His parent’s hadn’t come home last night at least she didn’t hear them come in and I’m sure they would have noticed a girl sleeping on the couch that they had never seen before.
He had given her some night clothes though she had preferred to sleep in her modern clothes. At least she thought they were modern but Akiho had insisted so she did as he asked. She stood up and walked over to the window, peering out and looking up at the bright blue sky. She could already tell that it was going to be a good day. There were some clothes on the floor right below where she had a good nights rest. She looked around for a place to change and then remembered the room that Akiho had told her she could take a shower. She quietly walked up the stairs and passed his room on her tippy toes making sure to keep as quiet as possible. She opened the door that was the bathroom and walked in. There was a cabinet that had some towels, something she would have to dry off with. She grabbed one and placed it on the back of the toilet and began to undress and got in the shower.
She had gotten some of the shampoo in her eyes which caused them to become irritated but she had washed it out in the shower, though still feeling the sting of them. She dried herself off and got dressed, using the same towel to wrap her azure tinged hair in. The clothes that Akiho said that she could borrow was a maroon hued long sleeved sweater with black flare bottom pants. She walked towards the bathroom but stopped at the clothes hamper and put the clothes that she had slept in in it. She walked out of the bathroom and tip-toed past his room again and down the stairs. Ken-Ichi was sitting on the floor looking up at that demon box that her friend had called a television. She turned it on, a bit skeptical at first and made sure that it was low so she wouldn’t wake Akiho. She had to admit, this was fun since there was nothing else to do until her hair slightly dried a bit more and Akiho woke up.

A long yawn escaped his slightly parted lips as he stretched, still lying in his bed. It felt good to be home, but it was nice to sleep under the stars back in the feudal era. He lifted both his hands and hovered them over his face, rubbing his eyes of sleep. He let his hands fall back, coming to a hard impact back onto the mattress. She slowly came to a slight sitting position on his elbows and turned to the edge of his bed, using his hands to push himself up off the bed. He lifted a hand and ran his fingers through his brown, shaggy hair. Lowering his hand back to his side, he looked over to the door that led into the hall.
He walked up to it and placed a hand on her knob, wondering if Yoko was up yet. He gave a shrug but before he turned the knob, he gave a grab for a pair of fresh clothes on his dresser, and then pulled the door in, revealing the quiet hall. He walked to the bath room, taking notice that the shower was already a bit wet, taking a guess that Yoko had indeed already awakened. He hoped she didn't have too much trouble working the shower and such, though he had shown her how the previous night. He walked in and shut and locked the knob. He gave another yawn and turned the shower faucet on. He tested the water, just to be sure it wasn't too hot, nor cold. When he'd gotten it to the temperature he wanted he undressed and got in. He washed well, scrubbing the week's grime from his hair. He hadn't been able to shower since the last tie he was home, which was about a week, so it felt really nice to get clean again.
He spent about a half hour in the shower before finally turning the shower knob to off. He reached out and grabbed a fresh, white, towel from the back of the toilet and dried himself off. Then he reached for the fresh clothes, a pair of dark, purposely stained looking blue-ish jeans, and a beige colored tee-shirt with brown sleeves attached to the insides of the tee's. He dressed and grabbed his old clothes and threw them into a hamper nearby. He grabbed a hair towel and turned the knob of the bathroom door and stepped out into the hall once more, scratching at his hair with the towel in attempts to dry it more quickly. He threw the towel over his shoulders so it hung down on either side and half way around his neck and walked down the stairs, where he heard the faint sounds of the television. He grinned, so, Yoko was alright with it now? he gave a chuckle. Yesterday sure was a riot with her. A 'demon box' cheah.
He walked down into the living room with the television and looked around. "Guess my parents didn't come home last night, eh?" he said as more of a statement than a question. He looked over at Yoko, wondering what they could do next.

((Eh, sorry this is short))
There was a sound that was overpowering the sounds of the television. Though she knew she couldn’t see through the ceiling she looked up anyways. Perhaps Akiho was finally awake. She stretched once more to help her wake up even more and after about half an hour she would guess because that is usually when the shows would end Akiho came down stairs. He had a towel draped over his shoulders and had a wet look in his hair so she guessed he had just gotten out of the shower. She stood up and smiled warmly to him, bowing and then rose. “Good morning Akiho.” She placed her hands behind her back liking them together and closed her eyes, raising her head slightly and laughed whole-heartedly before opening them again.
As he spoke she looked around and placed one finger up to her lip in a thinking manner before lowering it down to her side and placing it in the pocket of the pants she was wearing. “Well, I’m pretty sure they would have woken me up if they did.” Normally in her time parents always took their kids with them. She walked over to his side and looked at the door and gave him a look of hope. It must suck to come home after a while of disappearance and not having your parents home. “I’m sure they are out looking for you Akiho.” She placed one hand on his shoulder in a reassuring manner and smiled. “How about I cook you something to eat?” She thought she had a pretty good idea of how this oven thing worked and she was a smart girl…well not really. She was more of a klutz. She walked over to the fridge and looked around. “Hmm…how about some eggs…” She drifted off and continued to look through the fridge. She couldn’t really find anything else in the fridge that she could cook. She was mostly limited to cooking meats with no spices, vegetables, and eggs when she found some. “Or…” She closed the fridge door and smiled up at him. “We could go to the market.”
Perhaps that is where Akiho’s parents where. They were probably out shopping but hopefully they were out looking for their missing son and besides, this would give them something to do correct?
