[Naraku]

He growls as he turns back to her. "Then is seemingly pointless, If this be the case I shall use your own powers against you." He moves closer as he turns back into his human form grabbing his sword from the gound. "It going to be hard to reflect if it never leaves my hand little girl." He begins to charge slamming the blade towards her head. "Now return it or I shall finish it once and for all."

[shokyo]

Kanna sees Ryuu charge at her with his sword, accualy supired her, but still she shown to emotins. The footsteps that Ryuu make as he charges at her ecco in the cave making Ryuu seem even more fierce. Suddenly, as she begins to disaper, some of Eva's soul begins to leak out untill Kanna had finally disapered. The soul had caused her to stay put for a while. It was almost a mirical that Ryuu did not hit her. Eva's soul was now fully reased and the shard that Ryuu held was tainted. Kanna had done her job here. She returned to Naraku's castle, where she reported the news to Naraku.

[[Ryuu Im going to post in Naraku's castle now]]

[Naraku]

"I shall slaughter you in the most gruesome way.... You and your master." Ryuu snarls as he shealths his blade before running towards Eva seeing color move towards her cheeks. "Eva!" He lifts her up into his arms looking at her.

[Lord Sesshomaru]

Eva gasped, the first bit of air her lungs had taken since her soul had left her body. She jerked away from him, her eyes wide as she stared up at him, the color returning to her face as the blood pumped through her body. The memory of what happened brought her body into a state of fear and her heart pounded widely as she looked around frantically. But no little girl was here...no girl with white hair or emotionless eyes. She slowly began to calm. Could it have all been a dream...? It seemed so real...

Eva turned her attention back toward Ryuu, her mind filled with confusion, fear, and disbelief. Could something like that really be possible? Sure, a different time existed in a well, and demons existed, but surely souls couldn't be sucked out of people's body with the use of a mirror! She didn't know how to ask Ryuu though. Finally she reacted, hugging him tightly as she spoke. "Please tell me that was just a dream." more a nightmare, really.

[Naraku]

"That was no dream...But they will pay for dealing with me." He lowly growls as he holds onto her tightly. He lays his forehead onto hers. He tries to calm himself but it was not working.

[Lord Sesshomaru]

Eva did not feel comforted with such answer. Not a dream after all...Oh, that wasn't good. What kind of situation was he in? A situation that she now was apart of! She was so confused at the whole thing she didn't know what he was doing holding her so close. Was he trying to comfort her? Did he still think she was so afraid? He seemed so angry she wasn't sure on what to do.

"But why? Why did you even put yourself into such a mess? What's so great about those jewel shards that you couldn't give them up?"

[Naraku]

The shards came from jewel that has the power to evolve a demon and the shards themself hold enough power to let demons regenerate, and sometimes invincible aslong as the shard stays in within them. But there is a more darken side, they can take over the weaker minded demons turning them into nothing but monsters." He said in a low growl

[Lord Sesshomaru]

Power...of course. It was all about power. What else could she expect from a past era? Eva sighed, not sure if she should say anything more about it. To her, the jewel shards didn't seem important enough for such things, but she didn't know, could barely understand it. He was mad though, still was, but she wasn't sure on what to do about that. Should she do anything about it? Eva placed her head on his shoulder, she didn't know why but she enjoyed the contact and it was the easiest way for comfort. If it was for her or for him she wasn't sure. This whole thing was too new for her to know how to deal with it. A girl that could take souls, a jewel with such power people fought for it, the anger the gripped him so tightly. She had her arms around him, and she tightened her own grip, as if to change who held onto him the most, her or that rage.

[Naraku]

He sighs as he hugs her. "He may think he has won, but they will not make me fall so easily. He gets up as he still hold her.

[Lord Sesshomaru]

"What will you do?" Eva asked, looking up at him. She was a bit worried on that answer. She came from a time where the violence wasn't so out and

open and never had to do with people she knew personally. All those fights with swords and strange powers came from movies and things on television, never for real. But now she was in the middle of it and wasn't sure if she could handle it. The past was filled with wars and violence but it seemed so far away, something she never had to really think about but now it was all too real.

[Naraku]

"I will see to it that this Naraku and his minions see their own demise." He begins to walk away from her as she could see a large amount of static move over his head as he started breathing in heavy.

[Lord Sesshomaru]

Eva watched him nervously, biting her lip as she tried to figure out what to do. She wasn't used to someone so angry. Including if it was visible. She didn't know what to make of that static. Did he even know about it? Or was that normal with demons? Eva was not sure to any of it. What could she do? What could she say to make it better. Her hands tugged at the end of her shirt as she tried to think. Maybe thinking too much because she could feel her eyes start to burn with oncoming tears. Oh, stupid stupid! She had been doing very good at hiding her overemotional state! She rubbed at her eyes quickly.

[Naraku]

"I hate the idea of it, but we need to seek the help of a priestess. I much hate the idea of Naraku having is way. I can smell the taint. I just don't understand why. This may all change if I learn more of this jewel, but first a priestess. I am sorry, I know you just got here but I have not the time to show you around." He turns looking at her his face was a kind expression, but it could be shown through his eyes that the rage within him had not died down. I would like to leave you here but... I no longer think that is the best of ideas. You will travel with me til I am able to purity myself."

[Lord Sesshomaru]

Eva listened, hoping that all of this would help get rid of this anger. The help of a priestess, the purifying of the shard. This seemed oh so important and she dared not question him. She frowned though, looking away from him. A thought, oh so important, that she had been dismissing this whole time. She was getting in the way of this whole thing. Probably slow him down in his travels, and this whole ordeal where she didn't belong.

"Maybe I should...go home..." the words burned her tongue, made her heart heavy as she tightened the grip she had at the bottom of her shirt, tugging on it and feeling as if it would rip in her hands. "I mean, this is a bad time, and I'm just bothering you...and my mother has probably thought we've eloped!" the outrageous, and yet incredibly exciting, assumption made her voice get louder at the end. She wondered if they used the word 'eloped' in the earlier Japan time. Probably, she didn't know why not.

"So...yeah..." she looked away from him, down at her hands and finally released her shirt from her hands.

[Naraku]

He walks to her throwing her up over his shoulder as he turns and begins to walk out of the cave. "You are far from bothering me, and plus I have not the time to take you home. We would find a preistess much sooner then reaching that well."
