He continues to hold her as they would kiss. He moves slowly apart from her as he steps away from her. It could easily be telled that his face was now flushed. He tried to look away but it was most likly too late.

Eva couldn't help but feel that the kiss was too short. Didn't last long enough, but she wondered...what would be enough? He pulled away and she immediately felt empty. What would he say? It was a mistake? He didn't mean to kiss her? Oh so many excuses men would make up for a kiss. What would be his? Or would he be blunt about it? She opened her eyes, staring at him as he moved away from her. Distance, of course he would want distance after something so demeening in his eyes.
Eva was still blushing, and there was something about his face that made her heart flutter. He was...blushing? His face was red. She tried to think on what that meant. She wanted to question him, she wanted to find the reason for all of this happening but she couldn't do anything at all, it still so new and surprising she wasn't sure what she could say that would fit this moment. "Do you think it worked?" she said, giving him a small nervous smile. She was trying to lighten the mood, things seemed awkward with the silence and she had been getting uncomfortable. "Your anger gone?"

He turns and walks away towards the direction of a mountian in the distance. "I did it for you not for me." He wasn't sure even what he meant by that but he had to keep his eyes from her. Of course it wasn't anger within him, but the purity was still gone. He had no idea where the intention came from or what was with this girl. Normally a human tried to make such comments to him he would of slaughtered them and made an example from them, but with her, he grew to enjoy having her next to him.

For Eva? She didn't understand what he meant with that. Not for him, huh? She never asked to be kissed, he just decided to out of nowhere. She didn't need it, did she? Sure, she had been angry and uncomfortable with him ignoring her, but how had it gone this far? She watched him, feeling as if he was going to leave her she walked a bit forward, but decided to stay behind him. She twirled a peice of her hair between her fingers as she tried to get control over the blush that just wouldn't go away. "Well, thanks then..." she mumbled, a bit sarcasticly, for, of course, she wasn't really that thankful. His excuse, as she had expected, made her feel disappointed, and she was glad she hadn't gotten her hopes up for something more from this man. No, this demon lord. But what was the difference? He was still a man, and he had kissed her. That stayed in her mind as she followed him, keeping her eyes from him and her gaze fell to the gem around her neck. Ryuu had given her that, and given her that kiss. Did any of those things mean anything?

"Come we must hurry. If we don't find a priestiess on the way I cause I will take my chances with the moutian itself, and endure the pain." He says as he waits for her to follow him as he would begin to walk. He would continue to walk his face still red for a few moments before it finally went away.

For a long moment Eva was busy with her own thoughts, following absent-mindedly as she stared at anything but him. The kiss was on the top of her list of things to think about. She felt tired, and maybe it was more of a mentality thing then physically. There were just too many mixed emotions inside of herself. She blinked, hearing what he said. "Pain? What pain?" she didn't really understand the question. Why were thye going to the mountains? They should be searching specifically for a priestess, not hoping to find one on the way to their destination, wherever that was. "Why the mountains?"

"But wouldn't that kill you?" Eva asked in shock. She knew what purifying a demon could do. She was worried, how can he even think such a thing? Why couldn't they just find a priestess or whoever?

"You tell me one human who would help us then, without trying to do the same to me as is." He lowly growled as he kept walking. He continues to lowly growl for a moment before clearing his throat.
OOC: Yes but Ryuu was not in these lands during that time, so he wouldn't know what happen. Let alone which moutian is which.

Eva frowned. "How am I supposed to know?" she asked, feeling nervous to find that he was angry. He was growling and she fiddled with the end of her shirt before she realized what she was doing. She forced herself to fiddle with something else. She smiled and laughed nervously. "I don't know how to handle an angry person."

Patient...patient. Not many humans had such a trait and she wished she did. But she came from a fast world, where you had things to do to at least distract you while you waited. But this place was different, and she was not even close to being patient. She looked at his hand then up at him as she smiled. "You seem to be controlling it well." she said, taking his hand and giving it a light squeeze as she brought herself closer to his side.

"Yes, because emotions are a weakness and lords are too good to have such things." Eva frowned, making a stern face as she tried to seem
emotionless in voice and expressions. It didn't last long and she smiled placing her head on his arm. She remembered the kiss and blushed, realizing that was probably the reason of her being so close with him. She distanced herself, so that the only way they were touching was through their hands. She looked down, not wanting to meet his gaze.

He watches her in the cornor of his eye, when she leans against him, then back off. He then looks back off towards the moutian thinking that there would have to be a temple somewhere on its borders.
