When she finally woke up, she dint feel the cold hardness of the rocks, but sheets, soft bed sheets. Rolling over onto her stomage, she gathered up part of the blanket under her arms. They felt so soft, unlike the feilds she's slept in countless times. If I do have shards, why wouldnt I know of them? Where are they? she woundered digging her head into the bundled sheets.

Sesshomaru had moved himself into his studies, parchments surrounded the room, rolling off of the table and stuffed in the bookcases. He hadn't entered the room in a while, many things needed to be signed and taken care of. He kept himself quite busy, for there was a lot of politics in having land and being a lord. Sure, most of it had to do with taking care of the villagers. Which he did ignore most of the time. He had more important things to do then to take care of humans. All in all, it piled up well.
The lord paused in his work as a demon knocked and slid the door slightly open. Being informed the human was awake he stood and walked down the hallway to her room. Sliding the door open, his mouth was set in a grim line, finding he didn't like to handle the blind girl. "Where do you come from?" Sesshomaru went straight to business, finding it pointless to speak unnecessarily. He came to get what he wanted to know.

"A small village in the Eastern Lands" she guessed. She didnt really know where her vilage was and she had already forgotten the name to the village "Why do you need to know?: she asked him sitting up and facing the direction of his voice.

Sesshomaru didn't answer for a moment as he thought it over. She didn't even come from his lands and she made it this far. How when she was a blind idiot? He ignored her question. He was the only one that needed answers, not her. "How did you travel so far on your own?"

"Well it's been about a year for my travles, and I would stop in a village every couple of days or so. It's accually been really easy, I use my other sences to see insead of using my eyes" she said bluntly. I guess I gace to much information. I could have just said sothing alot shorter

Cross turned her head away from Sesshomaru, like she was gazing at the pillow next to her. "Well what do you want me to say?" she mumbled as she realized she hadnt told him about her talent. "Well" she began, pulling some lose strands of hair behind her ear "as I travled I met demons ,like other travlers, and I seem to calm them with... my eyes" trying not to sound as much as a baka like she already was by his book.

Sesshomaru said nothing, staring at the human girl as he took in this information. Her eyes? How could a human calm a demon with their eyes? Such a rediculous thing. He turned to leave, sliding the door open again. "You will stay until I have the shards, you face your death otherwise." it sounded like a threat, didn't it? Not that he meant it like that. That would be her death. Kagura and Kanna would be on her in a moment.

She layed back down on the bed, face down, her head on one of the pillows, trying not to let her eyes tear up. Die? Im going to die because of shards I dont even know where they are? she thought to her self.
Just a bit beyound the window that was in Cross's room, were Kanna and Kagura on the feather. Hope this works Kahura thought as she looked over at Kanna who was holding towards the window. She realesed Sesshomaru's attack from before, blowing up the window. Kagura flew towards the hole in the castle, seeing Sesshomaru Damn!

Sesshomaru turned on Kagura in the moment as the attack arose. Eyes narrowed he was gone in a flash, moving quickly toward them with his blade ready and drawn. Not only did they dare to come again, but to attack his home. He would not let that go so easily.

Cross rolled of the bed and behind it, tring to get away from the bad peoples view. Kagura flashed her fans"Dance of Blades" she put alot of strenth into it and if it missed Sesshomaru it would surely hit the girl. Why is Sesshomaru going all out for this girl anyways she asked as she moved her and Kanna ,on the fan, away from Sesshomaru. "What does this girl mean to you, Sesshomaru?" she asked thinking he was protecing Cross.

Sesshomaru collided with the attack, blocking most of it with his sword and doing his best to keep it from hurting the human girl. They flew higher and he stood, staring up at them with narrowed golden eyes. What did a blind human girl mean to him?
"Nothing." he answered simply, he pushed up from the ground and forced himself into the air, his image a blur as he came above them. He came out them from above, sword in front of them for an attack. He wouldn't explain himself to the likes of Kagura, a person created from that filthy hanyou.

Sesshomaru brought his sword down upon Kagura and Kanna, breaking through the attacks as he planned on cutting Kagura with his sword. If he missed her he didn't miss the feather, slicing through it with ease.

Kaugra laughted as Sesshomaru cut her feather with his sword. It caused only little damage but she wouldnt be able to go as fast anymore but she would have to. "I will get those shards" she said flying off once more, knowing not to attack him at his caslte but Naracku wasnt going to be pleased with this. If only her wasnt here she thought to herself looking behind her before she was completly out of sight of him I'll get her when she's not with Sesshomaru, if he ever lets her...
