(this takes place a week before she was attacked by Kagura and had the shard stolen so she still has both in this)
“Oh thank you so much for your kindness Ane-ue!” “You’ve been a blessing upon our village!” “We will not go hungry for months!” The villagers, all gathered around the huntress, exclaimed happily upon her arrival with several freshly slain game animals. Normally they did not welcome strangers, but Tsukiyomi was an exception as she was a huntress and during her few days staying at the village she provided it with her services. And it was no easy task either since she had to go pretty far to get a decent animal. The areas around the village didn’t provide much prey.
But she didn’t mind, anything to help out, since she grew up in a poor village much like this one. “Ah it really isn’t that big of deal…” She said modestly, rubbing the back of her head before the animals were taken to be prepared to eat and store. “Nonsense! Now come and join us for dinner.” The headman’s wife said with a smile and motioned for her but she declined with a shake of her head. “Forgive me but there is no rest for the weary. I must be on my way…I’m headed East.” “But my dear child you’ll be traveling through The Hejera Lands!! You will be killed!”
At hearing that a smile graced Tsuki’s features and she looked down at the bow in her hand, “Oh I wouldn’t say that…” The shard seemed to pulsate with her words. But of course the woman wouldn’t see it, no one in the village knew she had jewel shards, and it was better that it stay that way…Another reason for her brief stay is that she was fearful of demons following her and slaughtering the innocent to get the jewel shards. That’s why she was a solitary traveler.
And before the woman could protest she turned swiftly, walking away, and stopped once far enough outside of the village. A wind blew her kimono around her and she reached back for an arrow, “Where are you…” She whispered knowing she was being watched.

It has been several days, most of them were pleasing, some didn't even count. Noboru was returning to the northern lands, those that he calls his lands but aren't really his now. He has been walking for quite a while now and a poor village came to sight, it didn't seem as if it had much to offer, not that he needed anything from the weak humans, that vermin. He kept walking until facing The Hejera Lands. Some demons may be worth his time in there and if lucky enough he may find the so famous Sesshomaru.
But as he walked something distracted him. A huntress, she didn't seem strong, and he didn't even consider her strong due to the fact that she had shikon shards. Pitiful being. Faking her strength that way. He shook his head as the woman reached for an arrow then shrugged. The huntress could see him. He simply continued his way, curiously the huntress was going in the same direction.

Tsukis’ eyes locked onto the demon but she hesitated in stringing the arrow, he didn’t seem to be a threat, and she just watched him. If he had been a lesser demon she would have disposed of him quickly-since they usually were after her shards. But he was of high-class she could see, his human-like form giving that away, and she placed the arrow back in her quiver for now. Then proceeded to follow in the direction he was going. Staying a little ways behind; she wasn’t following HIM, they did just happen to be going in the same direction.
Still the huntress was wary, “Demon…we both are headed East…it better be a coincidence and you not following me to and from the village.” She called rather boldly, or foolishly, but that came with her youth. And little time with the demon slayers they failed to teach her to use better common sense with higher class demons.

"hrm..." He didn't say anything in reply, as if he didn't hear. He closes his eyes for a moment while walking and opened them again, Karasuhebi made a quiet metallic sound each time Noboru made a step forward. His kimono waved in the wind and so did his hair. He was not actually caring about this huntress. He just frowned a bit, he didn't actually like to be called "demon" he was much more than just that.
Noboru stopped walking and didn't turn his head back, then spoke quietly and coldly. "I have no reason to follow a weakling such as you, you have nothing of my interest." Noboru sighed a bit and looked back "If you are heading east and are expecting some sort of safe passage you better follow me without word." As he said that, he looked forward and started to walk again, calmly. He didn't actually care if he was followed or not.
It was evening and getting dark slowly, he didn't mind it either. He would walk as long as he wanted, nothing was going to interfere.

“Weakling…?” Tsukiyomi repeated in a whisper and bristled; so he was one of those demons who thought he was better than humans eh? Well that was fine then as long as he didn’t keep saying it all the time they were headed East. If she could get through the lands safely, and find a village with a priestess, she could give them the jewel shards she possessed. Closing some of the distance between them Tsuki looked at him skeptically, “You would…provide protection?” She asked, confused.
But maybe protection wasn’t the right word, assistance? Possibly. At least the no talking to each other part on the way wouldn’t be so bad. Falling silent now she walked at least a foot or so behind him, if she was further behind like she had been he would probably ditch her. And she wasn’t going to pass up the promise of safe passage. On her own it would have been difficult fighting off demons but she could have managed.

Why was he doing that? He was feeling like it. Having a human close would attract some demons and that would mean combat. Hopefully some powerful demons will come and not some vermin. Days have been quite disappointing lately. Noboru kept walking as calmly, his face showing no expression and his eyes looked as if he was not alert, but of course his senses were sharp and would perceive anything unusual around.
The landscape was quite boring as well. Dead trees all over, not blocking the little light that remained in the sky. The night should not be dark as the sky was clear and stars and moon would light the land without trouble.
There was one thing that distracted him slightly for a moment, and it was Sesshomaru's castle sight. It was far away, he could simply go there now, but not this time. He couldn't feel Sesshomaru's presence near so he must not be there. Noboru sighed lightly, a bit disappointed and continues his way, peace inside him wasn't affected in any way.

Receiving no answer made the huntress get a little peeved but she tried not to show it. She had to have some self control around this demon, she was well aware that she’d be no match for him, even with two jewel shards on her person. But if push came to shove she would defend herself against him. A twig snapped, instantly she was alert, and whipped out an arrow before letting it fly into a medium sized spider demon that came at them. One hit and it was dead, “Too easy.” She sighed, it was the same old thing; lesser demons after her to become powerful after stealing her shards.
Turning she looked to see if her ‘shield’ had stopped when the lower-class demon tried to attack. But it didn’t appear that he did and she had to jog to catch up with him, “There are more near by.” She stated, sensing them getting closer, and knew that they’d probably be fighting their way through small hordes of demons all the way to the Eastern lands.
Tsukiyomi was not looking forward to that, she’d be exhausted from using her Spirit Dispersal so much against stronger demons to weaken them. And if that happened no doubt the demon she was with would leave her behind.

Noboru simply sighed, disappointed at what he was feeling. Vermin... no more than that. As annoying as flies and as stupid as most undead, they would not listen to their brains and go straight for the shards. Typical and pitiful. Noboru moved is right hand to Karasuhebi's hilt slowly and pulled it out as slowly, he couldn't sense any more demons other than those, and the smell of dead demons should carry other vermin away.
Noboru held Karasuhebi in front of him, holding it horizonally, as some demon energy started to appear on the blade, it looked like blue fire. Noboru didn't seem to spend much effort into it, after a couple of seconds he swung the Karasuhebi in an horizontal way, making a huge blast of demon energy head the way the demons were, destroying all the trees and making the ground break and open a bit. Not much was left of the whole horde.
After a couple of seconds after the attack, Noboru sheathed Karasuhebi slowly and kept walking, peace still didn't seem affected in any way.

All Tsuki could do was watch in amazement as he executed the attack, her eyes widening, and she stared at the area where the landscape was now leveled pretty much. And the demons’ aura completely gone from her senses. Nothing could survive an attack like that she could safely assume. “Impressive…” She commented quietly, snapping out of it, and began walking behind him again. All the other demons in the area that hadn’t been wiped out laid low after seeing such power. So maybe they’d have a safer trip after all.
Until they would get to The Hejera Lands that is, it no doubt had stronger demons than around here. If everyone was so afraid of it, and the villagers hadn’t wanted the huntress to go. “What kind of demon are you?” She suddenly asked out of the blue and moved to where she could get a better look at him. It was so hard to tell when demons like him had more human-like forms and barely any characteristics of their demon blood. Aside from being fair to look at.

Noboru looked at the huntress as she asked the question and moved to a different spot to have a better sight. His purple eyes scanned hers, giving a cold sensation similar to when a menacing lizard or snake is looking straight at you, even if they looked perfectly human except for the color. Without saying anything, he opened his mouth slightly and a couple of big pointy fangs, similar to those of a lizard or snake were visible. He then closed his mouth and closed his eyes for a moment, then opened them slowly. That sight would give the huntress an idea about what he was. "Snake..." he said quietly in case she didn't get the idea.
He didn't stop walking anytime.

Seeing his eyes up close now made the huntress freeze and now she remembered something from her training. She had went out on a single hunt with the demon slayers, a snake demon was responsible for eating several travelers, and she helped to bring it down. But in the process she had been hypnotized by its gaze so it nearly got her instead. Shaking it off she nodded and followed him again quietly, vaguely wondering if those fangs of his were poisonous, though she hoped never to find out first hand.

Nothing would come from Norobu for hours if nothing happened. He just walked calmly, and the usual bit of wind made his kimono and hair wave a bit. At the moment his mind was wandering in the northern lands. Pitiful wolf demons, specially that Koga. The lands he rule will be Norobu's again, it was decided, he would head to the northern lands next, and obliterate the wolf infestation from his lands.
It was dark already, and as Noboru predicted, the sky was clear and the stars and moon lit the place enough to see. He didn't seem tired, so he kept walking, not looking back at the huntress.

A evening turned to night Tsukiyomi felt a change in the air, they were drawing nearer to The Hejera Lands, and something knew they were coming. Her jewel shards glowed softly and she looked up at the snake demon from where she now was walking next to him. “Do you sense it?” She asked quietly, her eyes looking up ahead of them now. She sensed a powerful demon lay in wait for them. But she couldn’t pin-point just how powerful it was, other than it was much more than the demons that had been destroyed earlier.

Noboru nodded slowly. He could sense it and also smell it. He smiled very slightly, at last something that could be interesting. Even with the small bit of interest, he didn't hurry towards the demon, it would wait for them anyways or come to them if it was interested as well. Noboru didn't seem worried at all, this demon was stronger yes, but he didn't worry about it. His body was completely relaxed, ready for combat as usual.
"If you are going to fight... don't get in my way..." He narrowed his eyes slightly as he said that, the demon was in sight now.

“I will keep that in mind.” Was her simple response, maybe she’d show him that she wasn’t a weakling like he said before. Why? Because her ego was starting to show. She wondered what kind of demon was waiting for them, from what she could sense she would need more than one arrow to take it down, that is if she could get an attack in. No doubt her partner would want to take care of it first. In the distance there was roar that made the ground shake under them, but it wasn’t anything like a dragons’ roar, “A bear demon?” The huntress questioned as she pulled out three arrows.
