As Shade peered down at the village, his helmet concealing his identity, the internal AI of the helmet revealed all organic creatures within the village, data flashed over his eyes and the internal fans kept his head cool while the computer read out data that imprinted into his brain as it flashed on the screen, the only weapon in his arsenal now was his combat knife, and his only protection was his Black kevlar vest that surrounded his black undershirt woth pouches that held essentials and non essentials, and a satchel from belt held his laptop which was almost dead and losing its connection with HQ. He had two weeks to compelte his mission or be stranded in the feudal era forever. he layed back speaking through his helmer which masked his voice making it sound eerily deep and like it was over a military communications radio "Damnit, I've spent 2 weeks in here and I'm allready 'home' sick, the demons I've found have useless blood that not even mother would find useful for common labor, and these humans are pathetically scared...humanity...a worthless breed...wastes of organ, wastes of space, and wastes of WATER! They know nothing of what they do, Demons are whiped out, and for what? so they can continue to take and kill mother gaia? If it wasn't for my restraints I would have slaughtered that whole..GRAH!!!" He turned around swiftly punching a tree causing it to shatter into several pieces, his helmet flashed as he straightened his posuter and fixed the black cloth sticking out from his vest covering his neck the computer rang and pointed to an area, speaking of the probability of detection and the percentage is what scared shade "Probability of Detection: 100% Incoming Lifeforms." Shade turned around to confront whatever was after him, all to ready and in the mood to kill something if be needed

[OOC: Do you mind if I join? It’s probably not what you were expecting… If you don’t want me joining, I can delete this.]
That… person, or demon, or whatever it was… was scary.
Aiko had figured that out as soon as she saw his weird black helmet-thingie, because it made him look like he was going to fight something. And as he was headed towards the same village that she was, did it mean that there was a war going on? Aiko didn’t want to get involved in a war; the natural human desire of self-preservation kicked in, although part of her wanted to run around yelling, “Halt the wars! They’re bad!” But before we get to her opinion of this shady character in the battle getup, let’s backtrack to what she was doing beforehand.
Before she had even caught a glimpse of the strange creature, she was watching a small bird, though she wasn’t sure what kind it was, pecking at the branch. She had paused in her walking and hid in the shelter of a dead clump of tall grass, watching it. It was very cute, and like most small children and girls, Aiko loved cute little things. She smiled up at it, and it was completely unaware of anything around. But suddenly, its head shot up, and it let out a startled twitter. Opening its wings, it hopped into the air and fluttered away. Aw, don’t go, Aiko thought sadly, and at that very moment, the tree that the bird had been perched in shattered.
Splinters of wood rained down on Aiko in her scant hiding place, and she gasped. Instinctive terror had raced through her, pulsing through her veins in the form of adrenaline. She crawled backwards out of the tangling clumps of grass, flinching as sharp slivers struck her. Thankfully, nothing got in her eyes, but as she sat up and wiped her eyes of sawdust, she happened to see the scary whatever-it-was.
Her first impulse was to think that it was scary, and her fear intensified. Dribbling down her face was an outbreak of sweat, and she wiped her forehead compulsively. And yet, her thoughts traveled back to that innocent little bird, perched on that tree. The poor bird… what if its nest had been in that tree? What about other animals that had nests in that tree? Poor, poor animals! This thing… this thing in the helmet was a big fat bully! Aiko knew all about bullies, as they had liked to throw things at her and call her “beggar.” That was what she was, after all, and she had decided that she probably deserved it, but what had the poor animals, the poor bird, done to the helmeted thing?
Anger at the injustice suddenly welled up inside Aiko, and though she was still scared of it, she ran after the helmeted thing.
What would a big, scary warmonger (which is how Aiko viewed this thing) do about a skinny little girl running after him, a wimpy little thing that looked as terrified as she felt but also having a spark of indignation in her big brown eyes? She’d soon find out, because he turned to face her. When he did, she stumbled to a stop, a fresh wave of terror breaking out in a fresh wave of cold sweat over her skin. Though she wondered what he was going to do to her, she’d had something to say. Her mouth opened and closed, fish-like, as she mentally scrambled for words.
“Don’t hurt the trees, ‘kay?” were the first words out of her mouth, quiet words choked with panic as she stared up at his hidden face. “They don’t fight people.”

When the girl approached Shade he turned around glaring daggers as if his very sight would pierce her soul with anger towards humanity "Stupid Humans, all you know is taking, parasites, planet killers, greedy, selfish, stupid MAMMALS!" He raised his knife ready to attack the child but an immediate electric shock from his neural implant caused him to stop and drop to his knees, he managed to throw his combat knife atleast which would graze the girls cheek unless she moved "Agent Shade: You are not to harm any of the human inhabitants it may disrupt the timeline." he brushed himself and got up, one of his many personalities kicked in as he stood up "I'm sorry for hurting you little girl, here." he gave her a box of bandaids before walking into the village getting stared at, he wasn't very discreet but he got his point across "WHERE IS THE HALF DEMON INUYASHA, ANY HELP WOULD BE APPRECIATED!"

Aiko reached up to touch her cheek, moving in slow motion because of the shock. Well, she had been expecting him to attack her. And he was pretty terrifying (and yes, she had fully established it was a he because of his voice), so why wouldn’t he hurt her? But then he offered her something. Instinctively, she reached out to take it, and a strange-textured container was dropped into her hand. She held it up to her face in one hand, her other hand still wiping the blood from her cheek. A prickle of disappointment made her droop slightly. This box didn’t seem… edible.
When the man started yelling, Aiko jumped, and glanced up, away from the box. The man was striding away, yelling about finding some Minu Pasha. Oh. Was Minu Pasha the one the man was coming to fight? Minu Pasha must be very strong. Aiko pondered this for a moment, and came to a conclusion. Oh! This man must be very grumpy because he’s gonna go fight somebody strong. Still, hitting the tree wasn’t very nice… but maybe I was rude, and deserved to be hit with the knife…
Speaking of knife, she was reminded of Doka, and her hand went to her sash, where she had clumsily tied the dagger. She was starting to get used to the weight of the dagger, a gift from Kikan, even though it was barely clinging to her side. Tying it tighter, she turned to look for the helmeted man’s knife, which he had thrown but not retrieved. That was stupid; he needed to defend himself. Aiko trotted towards it, and scooped it up in her small hand. Heavier than she had expected it to be, the knife made her hand drop slightly, and she looked at it.
If he’s gonna be fighting some one, she thought, he probably needs his knife back. Besides, he can’t be that bad, as he gave me… something. She looked curiously at the box in her other hand, and then shrugged. Well, even if it was nice of him to give her a present, it was pretty useless. Using the back of her hand to wipe another trickle of blood from her cheek, she turned around and ran clumsily after the helmeted man.
With a slight jolt of unhappiness, she realized that she couldn’t keep up. “Mister!” she called, a little breathless as her small heart hammered and her lungs expanded and contracted clumsily. “I’m… I’m sorry for being stupid and clumsy and selfish!” The insults he’d thrown at her hovered at the back of her mind, but she’d carefully stored them away; she’d mull over them and try to change herself later (although she’d probably end up shedding a few tears while she was at it). “And… I never meant to kill a planet!” She wasn’t entirely sure what a planet was; maybe it was a bug she’d accidentally stepped on. She assumed so, and maybe this man liked bugs? Maybe they were a symbol of his family (she’d heard some rich folks had symbols for their families). “I didn’t know how important planets were to you! I’m sorry!”
At this point in her long and rambling apology, she was almost completely out of breath, and she’d slowed to a stumbling stop. Doubled over with chest heaving, she realized that she was still holding his combat knife. “And… you forgot…” she gasped.

Shade was scratching the back of his head, slightly unsure of this girls ramblings and becoming slightly afraid "Uh its ok...and Planets? the only Planet were on is...look you see the ground below your feet, everything in this place, this is just a small area of a much larger ball shaped world, worlds and planets are the same, this world is Earth or as I call it Mother Gaia which means Mother Earth, this is where we all are, where we all live, this whole place is just part of a much bigger puzzle that is our home." He took the knife from her and put it back in its little holster on his vest. He took the box back from the girl opening it and taking out a white strip, opening the white strip revealed a latexy bandage underneath with a very small cushion like thing in the middle, he took the white stuff off the bottom and put it on her cheek "There ya go, that'll prevent it from getting infected and you won't have to worry about losing anymore blood." he handed her the box and patted her on the head . He turned and began to walk away.
His helmet's computer responded "Agent Shade, maybe it would be better to have this girl come a long with you. she may help you in finding some demon blood." Shade sighed and turned around.
"Um, Miss...er...whats your name miss? Can you help me, I'm trying to get ahold of strong demon blood for...uh...research, if you can help me find demons to fight I'd be very thankful, maybe we could even form a team" he struck a heroic pose shifting his feet apart and making a fist pointing it at the sky while his other arm pointed in the same direction across his chest "A Team of Heroes!" he laughed happily.

2'Did he just ask her to join him?' Kardowin shook her head. Those shadow demons they don't understand anything. Even if you just try helping them out of kindness. "Waite a Second did they just say Strong Demon Blood!" Kardowin blurted. She shook all over ' This girl is not going to join those... those ' Kardowin jumped out from her hiding spot "You shades, your all alike." She drew out her sword "Your trick mortals into doing any thing that you think is pleasing then ending up killing them in the end." Kardowin didn't see her self Powerful, but from the last Demon group she dealt with... She had to admit that type of strength was bred in her. "If you Don't want to get killed I suggest you leave these people alone." Something caught her attention a smell. Almost like her mothers It was coming from the forest of inyasha. No that was not so she had seen her mother get killed. ' I will investigate after this' Kardowin told her self , She had to deal with these Shadow demons.

(sorry, but she was insulting him) "It's Demos like you that I protect humans from, and I don't care what you want or what time your from but no one ever messes with those who I protect." Kardowin snarled besides she was a powerful breed. To protect that was her natural instinct. " I suppose a demon like your self would know my Lord now would you? I suppose not.''She finished calmly. "I'll kill any stubborn trouble makers who is human or demon I AM The Unseen Protector" Kardowin side stepped making sure his sight was on her, and that Aiko would be out of the rang just incase a battle would start. 'Now this is going to be tough my lady' Kaskie hummed 'You always say that Kaskie' Kardowin rolled her eyes. 'Keep an eye on him or I'll have to "protect" you' "Ha ha ha I for go to laugh."Kardowin muttered

Shade was getting slightly pissed, he turned as the shadows began to turn towards him, clenching his hands into fists the shadows on the ground exploded and looking like the shadows a tendrils and snakes waving around roaring and screaming "I don't want to fight, and I don't want to cause trouble I'd rather not have to deal with insolent humans like you but if you give me no choice the shadows will feed on your soul....I came here as a mission for mankind, but I see everyone in this era is too dumb and can't seen to pull there head out of there ass long enough to think, what do you think you'll be praised? You should see the state of the modern era, Humans are siphoning the planet for everything it has and killing it. not to mention whiping out animal after animal, forest after forest, you want to do the world a favor take your own life..."

"All I'm just saying is that you shouldn't drag human children in to things like this... I will point you in the right direction and take you there, but other wise I have my own Quests to accomplish" Kardowin leaned agents an near by building an calmly waited for his reply.

A genital breeze blew, the smell arouse once again with the gust of wind but not just her mother smell...a mix, there is a half demon smell. Could it be Lord Sesshoumarus brother who had the forest named after him? Inuyasha?
Kardowin turned toward the forest still listening for to Shade to speak.

Shade took off his helmet revealing his pointed ears, red reptilian eyes, silver hair and dark gray skin. Across his nose was a dark red scar and he looked no older then a teen "Fine, as soon as the girl helped me find a demon I would've sent her back to this village anyway..."

"Very well, but these parts are infested with lesser demons who would act instead of think. They even gathered in a bandits group and ambushed me earlier this month." Kardowin looked toward him. She clinched her fists and her jaw nearly dropped. My goodness he's mealy an child himself... Kardowin kept a strait face.
'Ah you just should forget your quest and travel with him, I think you two would make a great couple' Kaskie insisted. 'Don't make me drop you in a bottomless pit' Kardowin thought getting annoyed as she once again peered down at the sword. 'But... ' Hey, you where the one ready to take him, remember? 'He is the one who said "...ANY HELP WOULD BE APPRECIATED!" "You know, I should of left you home." Kardowin said under her breath.

This was very confusing. As Aiko had puzzled over the meaning of “planet” (How can the ground be round? It just doesn’t make sense.), somebody – some lady-person, she guessed – hopped out of nowhere and started yelling at the helmeted person. Shocked, Aiko stumbled backwards, instinctively putting distance between herself and the two demons. It seemed like they were arguing, but the silly little human was having trouble following the conversation. They seemed to be arguing… over her? But no… she couldn’t be that important. They both seemed to want to help her: the lady to protect her, the man to make her a hero (the words had left an imprint in Aiko’s mind). And then, while the girl struggled to follow along and stay out of the way of the scary-looking shadows coming out of the ground, the helmet came off, revealing a face that was far from human. The girl jumped; the last demon she had encountered had at least looked more human, so this frightening face was a shocker. Instinctive fear prickled through her, urging her to run away. Besides, the demons seemed to have forgotten about her.
But the angry mood, at least to Aiko, seemed to be spiraling downward, and although she still felt afraid of the demon who had worn the helmet, she thought, He seemed to have some kind of goodness in him. They’re both probably good inside. Maybe… I really hope so, anyway. Worried that another aggressive word would set the two of them off again, she chimed into their conversation. “You shouldn’t have to fight, you know.” Her voice was small and squeaky beside the mature voices of the other two, and, realizing this, her cheeks turned bright pink and she looked at the ground, embarrassed. And yet, although she was keenly aware of how silly she sounded, she wanted to have her say.
“Maybe you two should help each other… you’re both trying to help people, right? So… if there’s a big bad guy out there, wouldn’t it be easier to beat him if there were two people against him?” Suddenly anxious, she chirped, “That makes sense, doesn’t it? Sorry, I don’t know very much about fighting.”
[OOC: Sorry this took obscenely long. I’ve been obscenely busy.]

Kardowin couldn't help but look at the girl and smile gently. Now who could argue with that face? "Yes, that makes sence..." Kardowin began to think aloud. "All three of us working together, now that I think of it. We would make a great team. We would get alot done faster, working together." Well she was for it. But it was up to Shade, she could not make the decision for him (plus she started to take a liking to him, which confused her a bit) "Maybe we could talk this over lunch and if we all agree to join together we would have to tell just a little bit about why we are on these quests or a little bit about your selves." "Good lets break out the tea, dried soup and bread then..." Kaskie began. "Didn't I tell you.." She looked down at him again. "Alright I'll be quiet!" She then looked at them to see if they would take the offer. She knew what to do both ways, yes and no. But she needed to get at hose demons before they figured out how to us her Crystal, with out it she would never be able to get through the mist that hid her fortress. She had forgotten about it until she told Shade about them ambushing her a month earlier. Those demons had took her by surprise at night, she and slain half of them before the retreated back in to the night. But before she had fought them she dropped the Crystal. She had not even noticed until morning.
