Noli almost stopped dead in his tracks when hriss put his head on his shoulder.....Noli could make out from the blurry surrounding's that there was a tree ahead....a very very large tree. That...will do just fine... Noli thought as he increased his speed.
Noli Thought deeply as he ran Rember noli rember what you were tought....steady the flow of chakra in your body.....bring the majority of it down to your feet.....not to little to where you'll fall off....but not to much where you'll break the tree.......i have to get it right....for kriss's sake...
Noli charged twoards the tree and made one final leap and laded on the tree with his feet and begain his speedly acent up the giant tree....

Kriss didn't really know exact ally what was going on, she really didn't want to open her eyes to that headache again. She placed her trust in Noli to get them both out safely, She wondered if those things were still chasing them. Though, by the pace Noli was going she guessed that they probably still were. She just hoped, that they'd make it out in time.

Noli finally made it to the top of the tree...witch seemed like a flat platorm of branches and leave's. Noli slowly set kriss down and whispered "Rest here."
After saying that Noli reached for his sword and jumped off the tree. As noli free fell down the giant tree noli unsheathed his sword and waited while he fell.......after he neared the ground a few seconds later Noli stuck his sword into the thick tree's bark and held on for his life.
Noli hit the ground hard...the sword had slowed his decent but he still felt the grunt of the impact....Noli stood up when he felt a stingy warm breath blow in his face...there was a thorn dog not two feet in front of him. Noli cut its throat open and looked twoards the other demons and said "I have someone i have to protect...." Noli swung his sword in salute "....So not a single one of you are going to make it past me..." Noli charged at the beast's with war cry....

Kriss opened her eyes as he stopped on the tree. She loosened her grip on him as he set her down. She listened to his words and nodded, still a little dizzy from that speed she probably could stand up right just yet. She nodded her head and watched him as he jumped down. She watched as he struck one of the thorn dogs' necks and stood his ground. She saw him mumble something, but she could hear what. Though she'd normally be able to, the speed had slowed her down a little.
She wondered, was he going to fight all of them, to protect her? Kriss blinked as she wondered, 'There's so many of them.. Can he win?' she placed her hand on the hilt of her sword and tried to stand up, but instead found herself almost falling off the tree. 'I guess that speed really left a number on my balance.' she sighed, 'I'd be nothing but a burden if I tried to help now.' she thought. She felt helpless, like she could do nothing but watch.

Noli spun as he cut one in the gut and flipped the sword around as he lobbed the head off of one and did a backflip while cutting a thorn dog in the spine.
Noli jumped back from the rabble and flipped his sword to the staff postion twirled it and said "Come on Bitch's and hound dog's....come and get me.
((P.S bitch is also an old word for a female dog.))
Noli jumped and them at full speed and twirled the sword staff in his hand. But noli had made a big mistake....he had let himself get surrounded.....Noli chuckled and raised his sword and prepared the spell. The thorn demon's must have snesed it because they started to bac off....if only enough for some breathing room.
A blue and yellow energy crackled on his blade's as noli screamed at the top of his lung's "THUNDARA!" As soon as the words left noli's mouth lighting bolts started scattering everywhere....One hit a nearby tree witch made it fall over and crush 5 of the dog's and many bolts hit ther mark but a few just went scattering off in random direction's .
Noli put his back to the trunk of the tree and looked at the sky...it was almost dawn...but not yet. "I've got one last trick" Noli said as he flipped his sword back into the one blade postion and yelled "Copy jitsu! Kaze no kizu! Noli swung his sword as 5 large energy beam's flew out of it and obliterated almost all of the thorn dog's.
Noli rased his sword wearily for the las attack the dog's would bring...but he dident have to...The sun finaly peaked over the hilltops and onto the forest.....includeing the thorn dogs who once the sun hit them....turned back into harmless lookeing roses. Noli sighed and collapsed on the ground from exaustion....

Kriss watched in awe as he took on all of the demon thorn dogs at once. She was worried a few time when he was surrounded, however he pulled through with a very powerful looking attack that took down quite a few of them. As the sun rose up over the mountains, she looked behind her to watch for a second, but when she turned back, the thorn dogs had turned back into flowers once again.
As Noli collapsed, Kriss stood and jumped down, she was felling a lot better now, not as dizzy and she was able to walk straight now. She ran over to him and fell to her knees by his side. "Are you, alright?" she asked with a worried look. They still had to find a way out of this part of the forest though. First, though, she wanted to be sure Noli was okay.

Noli tried to sit up "I'll be.. il be..-" Noli was cut off as he yet again hit his head on a rock when his hand slipped and failed to sopport him....what was worse was...it was the same spot from when he hit his head near the waterfall. Noli slumped on the ground completly out.... As everything was blacking out noli had only one thought I hope i dident hurt the rock... Noli thought with a chuckle.....
((Sorry i just had that idea in my head and had to use it))

Kriss blinked as he failed to talk straight again, but was a little shocked that he hit his head on a rock. She winced as she figured it hurt a lot. 'Well, I think he's knock out cold right now.' she half smiled lightly and picked him up, gently laying him on her back, similar as to how he had carried her and walked to a part were it seemed the roses had ended. A very clean line that bordered the strange place. She stepped over it and instantly the place vanished into the forest again. Kriss sighed in relief and continued walking, still carrying Noli on her back.

Noli slowly slipped in and out of the relm known as sleep. When noli could see semi-well all he could see was himself being carried....In a butiful white and dark green forest..
Noli looked who was carying him and it looked like a woman he didetn recognize then the image blurred into sango...."Hey sango.."Noli was a ble to mumble out "I'm glad were together again...." Noli reached down and took sango's hand... not realizeing it was kriss noli finished what he said "...even though its the end.....im glad we can be together...for the last time. " WIth that everything blacked out and noli fell asleep once again.....

Kriss heard Noli mumble something, it sounded like 'Sango' she sighed, 'He must really miss her..' she continued to walk until she found a clearing close to the exit of the forest. She set Noli down gently and reached for a bandage in her bag that was tied around her waist. She wrapped his wounded forehead and went to sit against a near by tree to wait for him to wake. But instead, she found herself falling asleep, after all, it wasn't like ether of them slept the night before. They were both fighting those demons most of the night.

Noli slowly opened his eye's.....it must have ben atleast noon. Noli shot up with a start as everything came back to him....the waterfall.....the thorn dogs......sango... "Sango!" noli yelled....but she was nowhere to be seen.
Noli looked to his side and say kriss laying down asleep...noli noticed she was shivvering a little. Noli put his hand on her forehead and also noticed that she was a little warm. Noli got on his knee's and reached into his bag witch was surprisingly still with him and pulled out his komono and gently placed it on kriss.
Noli stood up and heard the sound of rushing water, noli followed the sound untill he found a small stream. Noli bent down by the water and pulled out a peice of cloth from his bag. After wetting it noli went back to kriss and placed it on her forehead.

As Kriss opened her eyes, the dizzy feeling she had had last night returned. Guess it hadn't worn off completely yet. Something cool was on her, as she regained full consciousness she realized Noli must have already been up. Great, she fell asleep, what would Noli think? He had helped her so many times already, and when she had to protect him, she fell asleep! Oh well, what was done was done. She sat up, the rag fell off her forehead and she realized that he'd helped her yet again. She looked around for a minuet, trying to locate him, "Noli?" she said, a little quieter than she'd hoped.

Noli was sitting behind kriss waiting for her to wake up. When she did she called out for noli...though a little quieter than he expected.... Noli reached over put his hands ever her eye's and said "Boo."
Noli mooved off his hands and stood up and walked in front of kriss and sat back down again. "Hey kriss....what happened all i rember was..fighting the doggie's and...i envoked the wind scar....then...well everything was blank from there on in."

A slight chill when through her body as he put his hands over her eyes. She hadn't expected him to be behind her, and so, he's startled her once again which he seemed to do often. She followed Noli as he stood and sat in front of her with her head. She listened to him speak and answered his question, "Well, you kind of hit your head on rock," she laughed. "So I carried you here, you didn't really miss too much." she said with a slight smile.

"And you fair maiden.." Noli said with a chuckle as he put his hand on her forehead "Cought a fever....but it seemed to go down now." Noli looked down at his komono that she was wearing about a blanket "Oh and dont worry about the komono....it was ripped anyway's." Noli said as he saw a now larger tear at the bottom of the pants leg...
