A flaming fireball hit skyd square in the chest, she flew back and hit the ground with a hard thump. "Damn that wench!" Skyd cursed as she truned around and ran off.....she dident even bother with stealth...they knew she was here....and soon they'd be after her....soon

Kayka jumped down from the tree, watching the direction she ran off in. She looked to Noli and spoke, "Well, I'm off. Tell Kriss bye for me." and with that she took off after Skyd, Kyy by her side.

Noli watched as kakya and kyy left the camp......noli wondered if he'd ever see them again....but if kayka and kriss were as much friends as they said they were...they'd probably meet back soon......mabey to soon...."I just hope she can handle skyd...." Noli said as he sat down with his back leaning on a tree....he waited for the dawn to come...
((Next post have kriss wake up in the early morning with noli asleep against the tree plz.))

Kriss awoke early the next morning. She sat up and looked around to see if Noli and Kayka were still there, Kayka was gone though. She sighed, 'I hope we meet again, someday.' she looked up at the sky and smiled, the looked over where she'd last seen Noli, she smiled enlarged and she whispered to herself, "Sill here, that's good." she stood up and sat beside his to wait for him to wake. In the meantime, she looked up at the sky and watched as the clouds passed her by.

Noli stirred in his sleep as he heard a strange voice in his head
Hate them....you know you want to hate them.....they killed your family after all....it's only natural to hate them...
No Noli thought back to the voice How can i hate somone i love?
LOVE!? The voice yelled back to him HAH Dont make me laugh.....a beast does not know how to [glow=red,2,300]love[/glow] a beast can lust...but you...can never love.
If i cant love... Noli thought Then whats this feeling deep inside my hear?
That is hatered The voice barked back Not 'love'.......hate her...pepole just like her killed your parents....hate her...
NOli shot up with a start and was screaming.

Noli stopped and looked around...when he saw kriss's worried face he sighed in relife. "Why cant i sleep without a nightmarer." Noli whispered. All noli wanted to do was to throw himself in kriss's arms and look for comfort in her...but he knew that no matter waht he couldent break down...that's exactly what naraku wanted. "Im fine." Noli said in a shaky voice.

She looked at him with a sad face at first, however to not make him feel worse, she smiled at him. She could see that she was having a rough time, but she'd rather see him happy, or at least a little better, then this. It was so depressing to her. "So, what are we doing now?" she asked softly.

Noli sighed as he listened to her soft voice. "Well first thing's first we need to get to the river...its only a few miles away from here..but the road is.....dangerous to say the least.....the fastet way to the river is through an old battle ground......sometimes the smauari lords still have battles there....we'll have to be very careful..."

Noli stood up and brushed himslef off and said "Skyd attacked last night and kayka went after her....i hope she can handle her." Noli started to pack up what little they pulled out last night and slung his bag over his shoulder "Well lets get going."

Kriss smiled, "She'll be fine." she said as Noli spoke. She nodded to him as he spoke again, "Alright!" she said, a warm smile on her face.

"Oh im not worried about kayka i was talking about skyd." Noli said with a smile on his face. Noli and kayka took off into the woods....ti was a harder hike than noli thought it would be...there was river's and boulders that seemed the size of a small hill and finally they got to the edge of the forest but between them and the end of the forest was a huge river.
"Strange....i dont rember this river here..." Noli said as he looked at the large river and threw a large log into it to judge the depth....the log sunk without hitting the bottom "Hoh boy" Noli said as he saw the log sink without difficulty.
One idea remained Noli picked up his sword and whispered "Blizaro" The demon sword immeditly froze over with ice. Noli put the blade of his sword in the rushing river an immedily it froze over...instead of a rushing river now it was a slightly creaky ice block. "Quickly get accros kriss....i dont know how long it will hold"

She walked along with Noli, it was a bit difficult to travel, but she managed fine, possibly because she was a demon. As they reached a slight clearing, she noticed the river, and Noli didn't seem like he knew too much about it. That worried her a little, however, she trusted Noli. As he threw the log in she watched in awe as it sunk. That was one big river. She'd never seen one so deep before.
As he unsheathed his sword and froze the river, she listened to him speak. "If you're sure it's safe." she said as she started to walk across it. She looked back, just to be sure Noli was following.

Noli sheathed his sword and walked after kriss...they walked slowly but not to slowly. When they got to the other side noli quickly turned around and yelled "WIND SCAR" 5 large claw beams came from his sword and broke the ice river to pieces. When he did that a large echoing screech boweld through his ears. Noli looked up as he saw 3 large serpent demons emerge from the icy water. "I kind a figured it had to be a water snake....to much water here to be anything but that." NOli stood in a defensive postion...id they would strike....well then he was ready for them.
