Mitska Kouhei was tiny compared to most males. Inf act he was small compared to most people. His height was approximately 4'11". Another thing that set him apart from he rest of the world was his naturally silvery hair. Never in his life had he ever touched a can of bleach. People often wondered and he had even gotten int trouble, but he had proof from his doctor that it was natural. His skin was a delicate, soft tan. His large eyes were a light jade green.
At the moment he was sleeping. His short silvery hair mussed up around his head. He groggily lifted his face from the pillow. The clock said 7:55. He sat bolt up right and cried out. His alarm had been turned off. He sprang from the bed and found his clothing. He threw on the school uniform. It was a pair of long, black pants, a plain white button up shirt, a red tie and a black jacket with the school insignia on it. He had gotten into the school on an art scholarship from his middle school.
He ran a comb through his soft locks, brushed his teeth, grabbed his bag and ran down stairs. He quickly kissed his bewildered mother good bye. She called after him about eating breakfast. His reply was something about being late and then he was gone. His mother glanced at the clock on the wall. it said 7:32. She raised her eyebrows and went to Jun's room. She shook the boy awake. Groggily the black haired boy opened his eyes. "Did yous et Kouhei's clock so that he thought it would be late? he just rushed out the door." Jun began to laugh.
"I didn't think the little fool would fall for it!" he received a smack from his mother who told him he would get no breakfast. Jun was also sent to school extremely early for tormenting his younger brother.
Kouhei was panting. His legs cried out telling him to stop. They needed a break. The poor boy couldn't help it. His mind screamed that he was late and needed to get there as fast as possible. With a new burst of speed he began down the street. Then, something stopped him. "Ooof..." he stepped back, rubbing his forehead. When he looked up he realized who it was he had run into.
The school bad boy. He had a horrible reputation and a million different rumors floated around about the boy. Kouhei was scared of the kid. He stared open mouthed until he realized what he was doing.
Kouhei bowed as deeply as would seem proper. "Anou... please, excuse me. I didn't realize where I was going. I'm really sorry. Please don't kill me." Kouhei looked up at the taller male with large, afraid, watering green eyes. Kouhei didn't want to take any chances. he bolted before the boy could do anything.

Being collided with was not how Tsuyoi wanted to begin his morning off. Not only that, but it seemed in the process of such he had dropped something on the concrete. He ignored the item for a moment as he turned his bright brown eyes toward the boy that now bowed before him and apologizing as if Tsuyoi would pop a cap in his head. This fear, and the last statement of 'Don't kill me.' kept Tsuyoi from being too angry. In fact, he found humor in it. Quickly, the boy was gone and the older teen stared after him with narrowed eyes.
The boy could be nothing more then a twelve year old but as he saw the school uniform he realized that he must be way off. There was no way a twelve year old could go to his hichschool and wear the same uniform. He needed to work on his age guess-work. But the boy was so tiny! He had never seen someone so short! And why, oh why was he still staring?
Tsuyoi finally looked away from the boy but he found himself still contemplating about him. He had white hair, just like his own. Tsuyoi finally seemed to snap out of it when he saw what he had dropped on the floor. It was his new USB hard drive he had just bought to hold information. There it was, lying on the floor in peices. He crouched down, picking up the small scrap of metal and plastic peices as he glared at the path the boy had taken. There was no way Tsuyoi would let him get away with this. At any time he would just shrug off being bumped into in such a circumstance but this was just too much.
A few minutes later Tsuyoi found himself at the school. He found himself more annoyed on why he was forced to come to the school so early. But he could only assume that was where the boy went to. It was so god damn early though! Luckily he was ready for school, already in his uniform. He sighed in irritation as he fixed the strap on his shoulder which carried his books and his laptop as he made his way into the school. It was empty for all he knew and he only then realized how pointless it was to track down a boy in a large highschool. But when Tsuyoi did find him, he would have him pay for what he did.

Kouhei opened the class room door and was just about to apologize to his teacher for being late when he realized there was no one here. He blinked a couple of times and looked around. There definitely wasn't another breathing soul here. He looked at the calendar on the wall. It was, most definitely, a school day. He backed out of the class room. It was the right room. Then he found the clock. He stared at it for a very long time. 7:43. He then moved to the nearest desk and plopped down with a huge sigh.
If he had it in him he would be angry with Jun for allowing him to run all the way to school like that. And run into that kid. He was sure that, when the boy found him that he would be in for it. Hopefully Jun would step in. he groaned and stood. He moved to the window and watched the first few students slowly move into the courtyard. Maybe he could go meet Anya early for once. This thought comforted him and he picked p his bag and walked out the door.
He was intercepted, in the school yard, by his older brother, Jun. "Hey." He ruffled Kouhei's already extremely messy silver hair. The two were opposite. Jun had black hair and deep, dark black eyes. Kouhei was pale haired with bright Jade eyes. Jun was about 5'10" while Kouhei was a meager 4'11". Kouhei tilted his chin to stare up t his brother.
"That wasn't very nice you know. I ran all the way to school." Kouhei pouted, looking oddly like a young girl. Jun laughed.
"I didn't think you would actually run all the way here. I thought you might see another clock and realize. But I guess I was wrong. Sorry." Jun scratched the back of his head. "So what's wrong?"
"huh?"
"Something is bothering you. You can't hide that."
"Oh... well... While running here I accidentally bumped into that guy, Tsuyoi. I didn't mean to. Now I think he's gonna kill me." His eyes filled up with tears. Jun sighed.
"I have a class with that guy, don't worry about it." He ruffled the top of Kouhei's head again. "I'm sure he won't do anything. He doesn't beat up innocent little kids."
"Hey! I'm not a little kid!" He pushed his brother's hand away and stuck his tongue out at him.
"KOU-CHAN!" Kouhei turned just in time to receive a huge hug from Anya. "You're actually here before me."
"My brother played a trick on me." Kouhei shrugged.
"What's wrong?"
"How does everyone know that something wrong with me?"
"You're real bad at hiding your emotion Kou-chan." Another hug from Anya. "But don't worry, it's cute!" Kouhei sighed. He looked to Jun but found his brother had disappeared.
"I accidentally ran into the Tsuyoi guy on the way to school." Kouhei shuffled his foot. Anya gasped softly.
"Don't worry, I won't let him lay a finger on you." Kouhei smiled but wasn't quite as reassured as when his brother said something like that.
"Thanks Anya."
The freshman classes started. Kouhei took regular classes with all of them, but he took one class with the Juniors (?). This was an English class. He had spent many years of his life in America and so spoke the language fluently. The school willingly put him in that class in order to make things 'challenging' for him but to also raise the school GPA.
Kouhei entered this English class with a sense of foreboding. he wasn't quite sure why. He was one of the first students there. He chose a seat in the back corner, near a window. He was a little nervous, being in class with all these older students. He had just been switched to this English class. Freshman English was much too easy. He sighed and pulled out a note book and a pencil. He nibbled the eraser as he stared out the window.
((I wasn't sure what grade level Tsuyoi was at XP))

Tsuyoi didn't wish to waste his time looking through the whole school for one little boy. Probably a freshmen. That didn't mean he was giving up. He wasn't the type to let that go, but he wouldn't make such a big deal that he spent his whole day moping. He was about to leave the school too when he noticed all the other students finally arriving. And in a moment the school was alive and busy with the scattering students he called insects. They swarmed like bees, colonized like ants and were as loud and annoying as cicadas. His eyes narrowed, making sure to stay out of the hallways and go to his classes.
Tsuyoi was glad that his next class is easier to get to. The hallway for his English class was one of the hallways the students, for some reason, did not gather. Maybe it was because of how close it was to the principle's office. No matter what it was, he still would not hand around in the hallway. He knew he would be early and hoped that he could find some time to work on his computer and find another USB to buy.
How surprising was it, that as Tsuyoi opened the door the first thing he would see was the boy he had once been looking for. This Freshmen was in his junior class? He didn't ponder over something so pointless. He was in the classroom, alone with the boy who had broken his USB hardrive. His narrowed eyes stayed on the boy as the door closed behind him and he reached in his pocket. He walked forward, keeping one hand in his pocket and the other placing his book bag beside a nearby desk. Tsuyoi waited, not rushing with what he was going to do to make the boy pay. He found that he would probably get a lot of amusement on how the boy would react to seeing him.

It was eerily quiet. he was used to noisy hallways in the morning. It wasn't so. He could not really guess why. He lay his head on the table. He closed his eyes. He was so tired. He wasn't used to running like that. His body couldn't really handle such a thing. I would pay for it by probably fainting at lunch. A small smile came to his lips. He would have to go to the nurse before lunch in order to get his medication. Oh the complexities that came with such a weak body.
He lifted his head in time to see Tsuyoi pass by his desk. he gasped softly and watched as he reached into his pocket. he probably had a knife int here. He was going to hurt him. Jade eyes widened as they met golden brown one's. He immediately turned around in his seat and began to doodle aimlessly in his note book. Maybe Tsuyoi would not recognize him. Somehow he highly doubted that. He turned back around. The hand was still in the pocket. Surely this boy wouldn't knife him in a class room so close to the principle's office!
Finely he couldn't take it anymore. Jade eyes welled up with tears as he looked up into the taller male's face. "I'm really sorry. I'll do anything just don't hurt me." His fingers clutched his pants, wrinkling the material. He didn't notice. His attention was on Tsuyoi.

It didn't take long for the boy to lose it. Tsuyoi had been waiting for it, and it was always amusing to watch the fear show in their eyes and how they would beg for their lives when he truly wouldn't do anything that bad to them. Why would he? There was no reason to! That only made it more humorous.
But as Tsuyoi looked into those bright green eyes, glistening with tears there was something...off about it. There was just this small, very small tug on the back of his mind.
That face, for a moment he felt a sense of de' javu but it left him quickly as if it had never happened. Tsuyoi's gripped the item in his pocket and brought it out before slamming it on the boy's desk. He moved his hand away to reveal his broken USB hard drive. He glared at the boy as he leaned down a bit to get closer and to seem more intimidating.
"You owe me 5,151 yen."

He flinched as he drew something out of his pocket. he was going to stab the poor child. Kouhei just new it. Something slammed on the desk in front of him and he opened his eyes to find a broken object in front of him. His brows furrowed and he looked up at Tsuyoi. he was quite confused. Then he did something Kouhei was most defiantly not prepared for. He moved closer. He gasped sightly and flushed. There was something oddly familiar about this guy. It was almost as if he had known him his entire life. But no, that had to be wrong.
"You owe me 5,151 yen."
Say what?
Kouhei stared blankly at Tsuyoi. How in the world did this little object have to do with him. Then he remembered running into Tsuyoi. he must have knocked the object out of the boy's hand. He reached out and gently began to 'put' the pieces together. "Anou..." he hadn't a clue if he had that much money. He looked up at Tsuyoi again. "I only have 53 yen right now. But I promise, I swear," he grabbed Tsuyoi's hand and stood. "I'll work until I can pay you back every cent. My family doesn't have a lot of money. So I'll have to take part time jobs...." He let go of Tsuyoi's hand and tapped his chin thoughtfully. He then ran his fingers over the object. "What was this ting anyway?"

Tsuyoi didn't think that the boy would be able to pay him back immediately. In fact, it only added to such a punishment. He had proclaimed he would make the boy pay. He was just being more literal then probably thought. Tsuyoi really wasn't that much of a violent person only when he had to be. Just enough so to keep this fear in people. It seemed that he might have gone a little overboard with his intimidation with this yound boy.
That didn't matter to Tsuyoi. He was still getting what he wanted. Enough money to buy a new USB hard drive, with interest. But that boy didn't need to know that. 53 yen was all he had? Did he really have to wait that long to get what he wanted? Tsuyoi guessed he could be patient. A trait he needed to work on.
The promise was alright, but grabbing his hand was a bit much. He mentally cringed. He did not like being touched, and had not been since...he can not even remember. Even so, he made sure to act like it didn't bother him. He really didn't need the extra information that the boy gave to him. He didn't care how he got the money, as long as he did.
What a relief he had when his hand was released. The warmth left behind left him puzzled but he ignored the feeling as the question was asked. "A USB hard drive to hold files for my computer." he had answered without thinking. Dammit! He should have said something less...conversational. More like, 'Nothing to concern yourself with,' or, more aggresively 'None of your business!'. Either way would have worked but now he was stuck.

Kouhei was stunned. He had expected a blow or to just be scoffed at. Instead he was told the object was for his computer. Kouhei didn't know much about computers. he was completely useless when it came to those objects. "Oh wow. You have a computer?" He smiled sweetly, fear only evident in his eyes. No one but those close to him could see it. Everyone else just looked at his smiling face and found that to be good enough. He sighed when he heard the other English students file in. Kouhei smiled at them,b ut took his seat. "Can i keep these senpai?" he asked, gesturing toward the broken pieces of hardware. "I'll pay for them too if I have to. I can make you something to eat." he had a home ec-class before lunch. He could easily make something there for Tsuyoi. He watched Jun walk into the class room. His older brother waved then took a seat among friends.
Before Kouhei could get an answer the bell rang and the teacher came in. Kouhei was removed from he seat by a senpai and was forced to stand in front of the class. "Introduce yourself, in English." The teacher said, doubting, for some reason, Kouhei's ability to speak the language.
"Hello! My name is Kouhei Mitski. It is a pleasure to meet all of you. I hope all my upper classmates will take care of me during this time." he bowed deeply, the stood smiling, his beg held in front of him. He was directed toward a seat near a very cute Junior girl. She smiled and introduced herself as Nana. It was obvious that the two would become good friends.
"All right class," The teacher was starting class now. "Today we will be starting a little project. Each student will be paired up with another student in the class." A small amount of whispering resonated through the students then silence. Kouhei found himself hoping he could work with Nana. "The project involves the students researching the history a prominent culture in history, creating a display board, and giving an oral presentation to the class. This will joint into your history classes and will be for half of your grade for this semester."
"Mitski-san, you will be excused from your own history classes in order to work on this project with your partner."
"Yes, Sir."
The teacher began pairing students. Nana ended up with his older brother. Kouhei sighed, sadly. His only two allies in the class were now taken. He crossed his fingers, hoping against all odd that he would not be paired with Tsuyoi.
"Mitski Kouhei and Seishuku." Kouhei almost groaned aloud. "Everyone group!" Nana moved from her seat giving him an apologetic wave. Obviously no one was too jealous of him for being paired up with Tsuyoi.
Kouhei stood and walked down the isle. He stood by Tsuyoi's desk. he bowed deeply. "Seishuku-senpai, please take care of me."

Tsuyoi really didn't think that the boy should be that interested in his computer. Everyone had a computer, well, they didn't have one to carry around everywhere. The boy had said he only had 53 yen, did that mean his family didn't even have enough money to get themselves a computer?
Almost sad, but Tsuyoi could care less. The thing he did care about was that sweet smile the boy seemed to give him. Not only, again, was he given de' javu, but he was also irritated that there wasn't as much fear. Stupid him for actually answering the boy's question! Stupid, stupid.
Tsuyoi wasn't given a chance to fix that fear when he could hear the other students down the hallway and coming to class. He frowned, but it was only a slight movement of his jaw as the boy took his attention again. Keep them? Why did he wanted to keep worthless peices of scrap parts? He did like the thought of something to eat. Tsuyoi did not dare to eat from the cafeteria and that left him hungry throughout the day.
Tsuyoi was about to answer but the bell rang. He stood there for a moment longer, staring at the boy that now owed him money before he moved away and quickly to his seat. He did not want to be seen interacting with someone like that boy, although he probably was.
Tsuyoi was completely uninterested on what was going on around him and it was only when the teacher spoke of a project that it got his attention. Paired up...display board...oral presentation. Those things was what mattered the most to him. He could do a display board on his own! He didn't want to be paired up. Tsuyoi guessed it was alright, though. Oral was not his thing and it wasn't a surprise.
Tsuyoi gave the teacher a glare when he was paired up with the boy-he knew now as Kohei. He didn't make a fuss about it, though, and turned his bright brown eyes toward Kohei as he moved to his desk and spoke.
"Why?" he asked after he was done talking. Nornally he wouldn't think to but the other students were too distracted so they weren't listening to him. It was when he was being stared at that he couldn't speak most of the time. "Can you not take care of yourself?" he did not mean this in a rude way, he was truly being serious. Tsuyoi didn't understand why Kohei wanted him to take care of him.

Kouhei blinked a couple of times and scratched the back of his head. "Ah, it's been a while since I came back to Japan. When i was young that was how people introduced themselves to their senpais." He smiled uncertainly. He wasn't sure what to do now. "I can take care of myself though. I've been doing it for a while now."
"No he can't!" Jun came from behind and grabbed his brother in a hug. Kouhei gasped and tried to break free. He was much too weak and so was stuck. his face was flushed and he looked down at the floor. He could hear Nana giggling not to far away. "Anyway, you hurt my brother, buddy, and I'll tear you limb from limb." He glared at Tsuyoi for a second then patted Kouhei on the head, finally releasing the tiny boy. "He gives you any trouble just let me know." he waved and went off to discuss the project with Nana. Kouhei's cheeks were dusted with a bright red.
"Anou... I'm sorry senpai. My brother is just really... he wouldn't do anything. Really. So please don't be angry." he fidgeted with his bag for a minute then sat in the desk next to Tsuyoi. "What country are we going to do Seishuku-senpai?" He nibbled his lip and looked up at Tsuyoi, hoping beyond all hope that the older male would not be upset.

Tsuyoi blinked, showing truly no interest in what Kouhei was saying. But he guessed that made sense, though. A pointless way to introduce himself to Tsuyoi. If there was one thing he would not do was take care of this boy. He hoped that the boy could take care of himself. If Kouhei couldn't he was getting no help from him. He wouldn't have any reason to, for it was nothing more then a project. Nothing he really needed to be taken care of about.
Tsuyoi did not like having someone interrupt his conversation. Even if it was a small one. He glared at the intruder, eyes narrowing and brows furrowing in anger. The other teen looked familiar but he couldn't particularly put a name with the face, nor did he really care. Probably knew him from different classes and such. He was already angry on the intrusion. He found himself also bothered by the hug Kouhei was receiving. But what really bothered him was the rediculous threat that the brother of Kouhei tried to make. Was he stupid? Did he really dare to threaten Tsuyoi? Well, yes, it seemed so. Tsuyoi continued to glare at him but didn't say a word. He felt like doing something to the boy just because of what he said. There was no way that he could actually go through with his threat, just no way. Tsuyoi wasn't afraid, and he really shouldn't let him get away with saying such things. Right now wasn't the best time.
Tsuyoi's glare never left, never seemed to lose its intimidating power until he was back with his partner and away from them. Finally his glare was gone but it only left him in a horrible mood. There was just nothing he could do in the middle of class. He placed his elbow on the desk, his chin in the palm of his hand as he kept his narrowed eyes on the brother for a last moment before back toward Kouhei who was apologizing for his brother. It was too late about being angry. He didn't say anything, but continued to silently sulk.
What country...Tsuyoi pondered over it for a moment, wondering on which country would be the most interesting. "I don't care."

Kouhei now realize this gave him free reign of what countries the two might pursue. He smiled to himself and thought for a moment. "What if we did Greece? They have a lot of amazing mythology and an interesting history." Kouhei was feeling elated. He seemed to miss Tsuyoi's glaring at him brother. He seemed to miss the way the older boy was pouting. Kouhei pulled out his notebook again and began scribbling down different ideas for the project. He just kept talking, putting out ideas with out actually receiving any comment from a very grumpy Tsuyoi.
Jun met Tsuyoi's glare with an equally intense one. After a moment or so he was forced to look back at Nana. "You really love your brother, don't you?" She asked. "He's really cute, I can see why. he's like a little kid. You just want to hug him." He laughed a little."
Jun grinned a little. "There's a secret that no one else really knows about. Anyone outside of our family, that is." He knew Nana would want to know the answer. He liked Nana, the two had been very close since they were small.
"Ooo. Do tell!"
"Kouhei belongs to a family friend. She died not so long ago. His father abandoned him. Kouhei was given to us upon his birth because his mother just couldn't take care of him. My mother wants to adopt him.." Jun trailed off.
"But you don't want her to. That's how much you actually love your brother. Wow...." Jun gave her a weak smile. "That's okay. At least you don't feel that way and are actually related!" She laughed lightly. Jun grinned.
"Yeah, that would kinda suck." He scratched the back of his head.
"What do you think Seishuku-senpai?" He asked. Kouhei had been totally oblivious to the rest of the world during this time. He had no idea about the conversation that had just happened between Nana and Jun. He had no clue. He smiled innocently up at Tsuyoi, temporarily forgetting his fear of the older male.
Moments later the bell rang. "Ah..." Kouhei stood. He bowed to Tsuyoi and said "If you would like I could bring you something at lunch. and we can continue discussing our project. if that's all right."

Tsuyoi's narrowed eyes continued to glance at Kouhei's brother discreetly. He didn't know what it was that made him hate the guy so much. It wasn't just because of the threat. Maybe it was the way he looked at his brother, the way he cared for his brother. It wasn't unnatural to care for their own brother, so he didn't know why he had such a problem about it. Stupid, really stupid. His attention turned back to Kouhei every once in a while as he talked about the project and doing Greece. Sounds fine with him. He did happen to find Greek mythology rather interesting. So, he allowed Kouhei to control the idea of the project. Blabbing on and on about it. He found what he talked about so uninteresting that he tried to listen in on his brother's conversation. He should really learn how to read lips. Something about pie...and adoption...Wait, where did he get pie?
Tsuyoi gave up when Kouhei began to speak to him again. "Hm." he said with a shrug to his question. He saw that it was fine, but didn't truly care any other way. As long as he didn't make a fool of Tsuyoi, it was fine. Well, also if he got a good grade on the project. Normal bad boys didn't care about their grades, but Tsuyoi did if only to feel the accomplishment of doing something well. The only thing is, he did it for himself and no one else. Never for anyone else.
The bell rang and Tsuyoi lazily glanced toward the clock. Time seemed to pass by surprisingly. He straightened in his seat, leaning down a bit to get his book bag as Kouhei continued to speak. "That is fine." he said, getting up from his seat and placing the strap on his shoulder. "I do not eat in the cafeteria, though." of course he didn't. He couldn't stand so many loud noises and the crowds that surrounded the cafeteria.
((nice plot twist with the brotherly love there XD that's going to be hard for Tsuyoi))

Kouhei nodded. "Well, I'll try to find you. I've got to hurry to class now. It's across the school. See you Seishuku-senpai." He waved and smiled sweetly. He was still scared to death of the guy, but there was no real reason to make this a totally unbearable by acting frightened. Jun wrapped an arm around Kouhei's shoulder. "Meet you after school Nana." he gave a small wave to the girl who grinned knowingly. She watched them exit the class room then she followed suit.
Kouhei was flushing as he brother walked next to him. It was embarrassing. He was a freshman now. Jun as in his last year of school. So was Seishuku-senpai. Where had that thought about Seishuku-senpai come from? Kouhei didn't like that guy.
"Anou... Jun... do you have to hold on to me like that?" he asked softly. Jun glanced down at him with his infamous play boy grin on.
"Of course I do. Who knows what that Seishuku guy is gonna do to you."
"He won't hurt me yet Jun. We have to work on this project together. Surely he's smart enough to know that if i repeatedly get hurt from being with him while working on the project that every one is going to know who did it." Kouhei shrugged, something that was hard to do when so close to another human being.
Jun had to admit his little brother had a point. He ruffled Kouhei's soft silvery hair. "See ya later Kou-chan." Kouhei flushed as his brother broke away and went down the hall.
Kouhei was soon safely in his own class room, preparing food as was his specialty.
Class was over much too soon. Kouhei had a delicious bento made as well as the cake they were supposed to make during the class. The teacher was always amazed at Kouhei's culinary abilities. Kouhei packed up the meal and went outside to the courtyard. Anya waved from with in the cafeteria. Kouhei waved back. She gave him a confused look and he mouthed the word 'Later.' She nodded and he began to think.
If he was the school's bad guy and he didn't like loud places then where would he go. He taped his chin for a moment then it came to him. The roof! He went back into the building. Minutes later he came up the flight of stairs to stand on the roof. He breathed deeply and set the food down. He moved across to the rail and leaned gently against it. Kouhei smiled. For some reason he had always loved high places. The wind blew his silvery hair about his face. He closed his eyes. he felt so comfortable... so safe.
