((Aiko, you don't have to join right away, join whenever you want)) Soothsayer had brought up a scheme to pinpoint his beloved's exact location. And his idea had started itself just as he was spending time with Koneko, one of her visits, it seemed. He had heard it automatically. No one else could hear it, because it wasn't from his ears, but in his heart and mind.
The two had been having a conversation when the deer demon had paused, listening for a moment before he was off. He had brought Koneko with him, going deeper into the forests. The closer they got to the meadow the more clear the sound was. A voice, singing. Yes, it was her. He would always know that voice."I hear your voice on the wind And I hear you call out my name
Listen my child you say to me I am the voice of your history Be not afraid - come follow me Answer my call and I’ll set you free..." Soothsayer found himelf overjoyed to hear that voice. The lyrics he had placed in her dreams, just for him to find her. He broke through the leaves, and paused to see the other singing deer demon, one with red hair and white markings. That...smelled like wolf."I am the voice in the wind and the pouring rain I am the voice of your hunger and pain I am the voice that always is calling you I am the voice - I will remain." The deer male frowned, but that alluring voice made him forget his disgust in the scent and the clothing and armor she wore. She hadn't noticed them yet, too into the song she was singing and he didn't interrupt her. After all, he was that voice. He was her voice; what made her voice; what owned and formed it."I am the voice in the fields when the Summer’s gone The dance of the leaves when the Autumn winds blow Never do I sleep throughout all the cold Winter long I am the force that in Springtime will grow
I am the voice of the past that will always be Filled with my sorrow and blood in my fields I am the voice of the future Bring me your peace, bring me your peace And my wounds they will heal
I am the voice in the wind and the pouring rain I am the voice of your hunger and pain I am the voice that always is calling you I am the voice
I am the voice of the past that will always be I am the voice of your hunger and pain I am the voice of the future I am the voice" ((The Voice by Celtic Woman))

Koneko followed Sothsayer, being quiet ot listen to the new person's song. She rememberd that song, 'The Voice.' SH ethoguht to herself and smiled. 'Soothsayer must have done soemthign to teach this person the song, I wouldn't put it past him. He's a dmeon god after all.' She sniffed the air and blinked. 'She looks liek a dee,r btu why do I smell the scent of wolves on her?' Koneko absently looked around the clearing. 'Are there wolf dmeosn in this Fuedal Era too?' (I LOVE THAT SONG! AND I OVE CELTIC WOMAN. Okay, got that off my chest. ;D)

When the song was over Soothsayer smiled, walking toward the other deer demon. "Very well done beloved." Him speaking brought the female out of her trance of the song and she jumped in alarm, eyes widening as she looked at the two strangers.
"I-I'm sorry, I--" The female's voice seemed to have left her when she truly looked at Soothsayer who only smiled warmly at her. She stared for what seemed like a long time. "Don't you recognize me, beloved? Surely you have not forgotten me."
Hearing his voice for the second time she dropped to her knees as something clicked in her mind. "Soothsayer-sama..." she breathed out as the demon male moved closer to her, grabbing her hand and forcing her to her feet again. She seemed so very confused but Soothsayer didn't seem to think of something to help her understand. Instead, he decided to go to introductions.
"Merodi, this is Koneko." Merodi, still dumb struck gave the other girl a glance and tried to wave with her free hand. Suddenly he lost his composure and hugged the deer demon girl to him. "I've been looking for you for a long time beloved! When Sadhor made that nasty trick to have you kidnapped, you were taken away from me! And now, captured by wolves, that was the last straw, I had to come and rescue you, I could not watch from the heavens any longer!" He squeezed her tightly and she gasped for air.

The half-cat demon raise dher hand in greeting but then immedatly put it down. Koneko rolled her eyes as this other 'Beloved' was embraced by Soothsayer. She felt that feeling in the pit of ehr stomch again like when he was tlaking to that blind girl with a shard. She had the urg eto jsut watch with a smirk as he squeezed her to death, but decided against it. "I know you wer eprobably worrie dbaotu your other songbird, Soothsay, but your squeezing the stuffing out of her." Koneko commented dryly.

"Songbird, oh, what a brilliant nickname!" The deer demon male said with a grin as he released Merodi. She stumbled a bit. His attention was then on Koneko and the deer female worked to regain her composure and her lack of oxygen. "This beloved is very special to me, I created her with my own two hands, as is normal for a beloved deer with my blessing." He seemed to be rambling now, but his excitement made him very talkative.
"You are very different then the stories say, Soothsayer-sama." Merodi said, fixing her hair slightly. Soothsayer paused in his rambling as he looked toward the deer. "Am I?" he frowned for a moment, scratching his chin before he decided it wasn't worth thinking about anymore.
"Either way, I have come to take you away from that dreadful wolf. To think, he has already made you give birth to a wolf hybrid! It is horrible that the pure blood of a deer should be mixed with verocious wolves!" While talking he grabbed Merodi's hand again, leading her away from the meadow and toward Koneko. He was still talking through this, and although the deer female tried to interrupt him, he could barely hear her quiet pleas. "I do not care if it was Namanie's plan, to think he would be that selfish to put you through that just to please Volk!"
((goodness, he's so talkative XD))

Koneko's ears twitche din aggitation and she had half a mind to just climb up one of the trees and ignore Soothsayer until he was done tlaking to the deer dmeon girl. But as he started ranting baotu wolves, Koneko's attention went to the other female... she was objecting. Koneko frowned. "Hold it, chatter box!" Koneko barked. "Your preacious Beloved, is trying to tell you soemthing, quit talking and start listening." She glared at Soothsyaer then turned to Merodi. "Could you repeat what you said?" She asked.

Soothsayer silenced himself when Kokeno spoke. He blinked, frowning at his other beloved. Of course, she could never be a true beloved because he had not blessed her with his power. He glanced toward Merodi, who the hanyou was speaking about. She wanted to speak? Did she really?
Suddenly with the attention on Merodi, she seemed to lose her voice, cowering a bit as she moved behind Soothsayer. Whom was moved by her sudden change, hugged her. "Oh, my poor beloved, it is alright, you may speak, you don't have to be silenced any longer!"
After a few moments of silence as Soothsayer continued to hug her, she began to speak. "I-I'm happy with Koga, I wasn't forced into anything..." The deer male blinked, his happiness taken away as he slowly released from Merodi. "I want to stay."
Soothsayer stuttered for a moment, trying to speak again. "But you can finally come home, Namanie has made more deer demons, they live on the isles, I can take you to them! You can have the life you had before!" He couldn't believe what he was hearing, surely this couldn't be right!

Koneko smiled wistfully. 'Lucky girl.' She thought and sighed. Koneko sat down on the ground, leaning her back up agaisnt a tree. "So, don't wanna lose your boyfriend, huh." She murmured and smiled. "I wish I knew someone with that much commitment."

They both frowned, staring at Koneko. Confused, only Soothsayer spoke up. Merodi had lost her voice again. "Commitment?" He decided to question that later as he turned his attention toward Merodi. "No, you have to come back with me! You have been brainwashed, just because it was Namanie's plan doesn't mean I'll leave you here."
"I am staying, if it is the will of the gods or not." Soothsayer stuttered again, looking toward Koneko. "Koneko, are you hearing this?! My beloved won't do what I say! I am her god after all, I created her, and yet she's going against me!" Soothsayer looked away from Koneko and toward the heavens. "Oh father, why have you brought such misfortune upon me to give me such a disobediant beloved? Sadhor should be punished, not I!"

Koneko smirked. "News flash, Soothsayer. She's in love with this Koga, it's written all over her face. Besides, this is what mortals, or what ever other kind of creatures on earth, ar elike. Most are stubborn, and when they've foudn the one they love and care for, they will NOT leave them. You really need to take things into other people's prospective then just your own!"

Soothsayer had brought himself into a dramative pose while speaking of his misfortune, and he stared at Koneko, his arm above his head. A look of shock on his face as if she spoke something so taboo and unheard of. "B-But no love should be more powerful then a subject and their god!" he said, finding himself very hurt to think that his beloved would love someone more then him. Him! The one who blessed her with songs and formed her in her mother's womb.
"Namanie is the main god, your father that makes all the decision. You said it was his plan I be with Koga, why go against that?" Merodi spoke thoughtfully, shyly looking at the two and found herself wanting to hide again after speaking up.
Soothsayer sighed. "Each god created a specific deer, whom worhip them. Namanie formed your father, Koru, and my mother Reia formed your mother Vera. And I formed you, so it is only right that I contol you, not my father." The deer female was silenced when hearing about her parents. She fiddled with a peice of her hair, bowing her head in shame.

Koneko flet her temper break as she saw th elook on Merodi's face. "Alright, look punk!" She barked, standing up and getting in Soothsayer's face. "I know gods are all powerful beigns and junk an ddeserve respect. But SHOULDN'T give you the right to seprate two people how love eachother just because you CAN!" Koneko barked. "She can worship, respect you, sing for you, whatever just fine, can't she!?" Koneko sighed and turne dher bakc to Soothsayer. "I cna't belive I was jealous about you." HSe growled low in ehr throat. "I'm leaving, if your gonna seprate soem poor girl from her lover, I'm not gonna be apart of your 'beloved' gorup anymore. I'm gonna quit singing and become a music hater if this is what the god of song's like. Your sicken, ya spoilt brat." She then begna marchign off.

Being scolded wasn't the best thing for Soothsayer. Ears drooping he took in her words and although he didn't agree with them, he knew there was no point in continuing to be stubborn. Nothing he did would change Merodi's decision. A spoiled brat she says. He sickened her, made her want to hate music...what a stab to the heart that was!
Finally finding his composure he went after her, grabbing her hand and stopping her from leaving. "No, wait Koneko, you're right, forgive me, I went too far." He said, squeezing her hand lightly. He gave her an apologetic smile. He looked back toward Merodi. "I'm going to at least meet this Koga, just to make sure..." he said carefully, hoping to not say anything to make Koneko angry again.

Koneko's face was very solemn. She looke dat Soothsayer, she glared. "Okay... I'm sorry, I didn't mena what I said either, except for maybe you being spoiled part, but... I could never give up music. I love it too much." She blushed softly and rubbed her neck. "It's just... never mind." She turned to Merodi. "I'm sorry if Soothsayer seems alittle rude. I've noticed lately he's a bit rude, for a god that is."

Merodi blinked and smiled. "The gods are known to be rather selfish." She turned toward Soothsayer and bowed. "I would be honored for you to meet Koga and Tempa." Losing his composure again he hugged the deer female. "You are so cute when you are honored by me!" The deer female was startled by the sudden attack and the deer god realized his loss of composure again as he let the girl go. He coughed lightly, closing his eyes. "Well, in any case I think you should still visit the shika on the isles, they have yet to see a beloved, I have not blessed another since you."
